Couple points for this quest:
Delth is on an incline, surrounded by Belllikos, some of which see invis - so you may want to clear a bit before hailing if you are concerned about a quick and brutal death.
Any Bellikos Reviler can be a place holder for a Bellikos Sermonizer. We cleared the bottom floor of the temple multiple times and various Sermonizers to pop for us.
(Note: getting to the bottom floor of the temple requires climbing up the statue located in the lava, and, when you get to the statue's palm, clicking on the ring for the little finger. Basically, you jump on the hand closest to the ledge and run up the arm, across the shoulders, up the other arm, to the far hand to click).
(Note: one way to get down from the temple is to jump through the hole in the bottom floor. I'm sure there are others, but since I spent most of my time in this quest on the first two floors, that was the easiest and most efficient way for a non-gater to get out of the temple, especially since I hadn't finished accessing the teleport rings yet).
The Bellikos Lecturer in the Husk is the choke point. Any Bellikos Overseer or Warden can spawn a Lecturer, but it's a random spawn. Since UF is pretty empty these days, if no one else is in the zone, best thing to do is to kill all three of the Overseer / Warden place holders and run between the three camps to get the Lecturer spawn for which you are looking. I was pushing 3 toons through this quest and it took about two hours to get 3 Lecturer drops by running through all three camps. Pain the ***, but I got what I needed.
Apexus Guard mobs spawn the Apexus Scholars. There is a roamer Apexus Guard on the first floor that is a place holder for the Apexus Scholar. The scholar pops every couple of guard kills.
The Bellikos Recruiters in Arthicrex seem to spawn in and around the house across from the zone in - I had no problems getting three kills and loots in pretty rapid succession.
Like most of UF, this quest is really about luck, timing, patience, and persistence.
Best wishes,
Adrin
