The Arthicrex part took 2 hours to clear into the hive where the mobs you need are. Got 1 drop on the first kill. The second took about 20 more mobs.
My recommendation to anyone trying to get to the camp would be slow and steady clearing. They sprinkle in enough of the see-invis scout mobs that it's very difficult to just roll through without agroing something.

This solo task is the second of three tasks (plus a group mission) that begin with Gotonur, a telmiran in Brell's Temple (location: 655, -10, 21 -- in the large room north of the zone-in; same room as Brell Serilis).
Be on the lookout for wandering see-invis KOS mobs while speaking with Gotonur. You are automatically assigned this task at the end of the previous one. You have been assigned the task 'This Magic Moment'. Collect a piece of synovium membrane from a cliknar eucryptoid in Arthicrex 0/1 (Arthicrex) Cliknar eucryptoids are always found in the hive itself and occasionally outside it. Or head to the NW part of Arthicrex. Fight up the ramps then down. At the bottom floor are plenty of the Clicknars you need. Collect 10 spark essence from lava mephits in Lichen Creep 0/10 (Lichen Creep) Spark Essences are dropped by lava mephit workers in Lichen Creep. Note: These are not pre-lootable. Create a golem, activate it, and destroy it 0/1 (Fungal Forest) Head to Fungal Forest and right-click the Synovium Membrane to create an Inactive Incorporeal Golem. Go to -560, -560 and right-click this item to spawn an Incorporeal Construct. This hits for a max ~8,500. Kill this for the update. Return to Gotonur 0/1 (Brell's Temple) On hailing Gotonur, you are automatically assigned the next task in the series. You say, 'Hail, Gotonur' You have been assigned the task 'Give my creation. . . Life!'. Gotonur says 'Your mastery of magical manipulation can be felt in the aura radiating from your spirit. You were successful in your attempts it seems, which is very good news. I killed all the way to the bottom, the large room. It is fill with eucryptoids, a couple prophets and a few others. I killed there until the membrane dropped which didn't take long .... about 20 min at most once I got to large room.
As others have mentioned the Synovium Membrane is difficult to get. I 3 boxed this task. I wanted to complete it with each character. So i went deep into the hive and killed many mobs. Got the 3rd drop that i wanted. Saw a named on track and went to kill it just for the heck of it really. Naturally at that point since i no longer needed a membrane another one dropped off of one of the mobs i had pulled along with the named. Saw a corpse that i some how missed looting after i killed the name mob and saw that it had a membrane on it and less then 4 miinutes left on corpse. I could have left the zone nearly 27 minutes earlier. argg.

To my surprise i had gotten the updates on both other characters. EDIT: Confirmed with the next task in the series that you still need to collect all the pieces for the characters but only need to do the combine and then click it with one character and once the mob is killed everyone in group that has all the pieces collected will also get the updates. If your other chars don't have the looted pieces for the task they they won't get the update.

Killed 100 still no drop... It is like camping a zone wide rare!
Don't plan on a simple stop by Arthicrex for a fast kill to loot the membrane to get to last step. To even get to the spot where Cliknar eucryptoids are require passing several see inviso ants and cliknar. Unless you plan on killing the roamer mentioned below, which ends up at the Nurse camp. It walks down from hive, thru zone, and ends at Nurse camp in 30 mins. Drop rate is not good at all, so strap in. SOE made this step a rather large one, even though it looks simple. I few more Cliknar eucryptoids should be through out the zone, but instead SOE has them tucked way up in the hive. We died numerous times just trying to get to them. GL on drop.

I just pulled for this task and can confirm that the mob is in Fungal, not Lichen Creep as it says.
There is a red circle, with red mushrooms around it. If you have partical effects on there is a read aura from the middle of the circle, this is where you click. I was able to single pull this mob with little effort. We set up in the path between the two valleys close to the spawn, there is only one roamer that paths through so kill it before clicking to avoid adds. I was in the circle FD and invised when a necro in the group summoned the Golem and FDed. I stood up and gained LoS agro due to the golem being SI. None of the other mobs agroed, and pulled him solo to the valley. Mob was dead relatively quick.

Is significantly lower than of the Ball of Dung. We got two drops in 38 kills. If you can work your way into the hive in the northwest, it's not a terrible camp, but if you have to wait for the eucryptoid that walks down to the east farm pit, it can he a long long wait.

confirmed... the clicknar e. can spawn outside the hive .. encountered outside of the area where hive nurse hangs out

Fungal Forest loc spawn is Neg560 Neg560 southern part of zone in the area with Gigyn. Clear the trash before spawn or have a puller with you to pick him out.

https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=86704 can be a a pain to get i found a statice spawn for the clicknar that drops this by the east farm respawns every 30min or so just slightly longer respawn then normal trash
