This solo task is the first of two tasks that begin with Thalia Chromagear in Kernagir, the Shining City. She is located at 85, 255, -42.86 (west of the zone-in).
You say, 'Hail, Thalia Chromagear' Thalia Chromagear says 'Welcome to Kernagir, _____. You must have performed some impressive feats to have earned your way inside the Shining City. Unfortunately though, things have taken a [dark] turn here recently.' You say, 'A dark turn?' Thalia Chromagear says 'Dark days indeed. Brell has been absent for a short while and some of the other workers are no longer following his will. They are taking our [resources] and using them to create items not sanctioned by Brell or the council.' You say, 'Resources?' Thalia Chromagear says 'The resources Brell has provided are to be used in accordance with his will, not for whatever those workers see fit. They must be brought back to the path of Brell. Since they will not listen to us, then perhaps you can [beat] some sense into them?' You say, 'I'll beat some sense into them' Thalia Chromagear says 'We are fortunate to have your assistance on this matter! You can find the egotistical artificers and despondent tinkers in the Machine Shop, Workshop, and Metal Storage buildings near the main gate. I pray that your efforts are successful.' You have been assigned the task 'Strayed from the Path'. Thalia wants you to beat some sense into the egotistical artificers and despondent tinkers who are making unapproved items. These mobs are found in the NE corner building loc 826 0 167.5
I found them in the south-center building (second building west from zone in), mostly on the first floor. One of them is at loc +15, +700, +130, I found 5 in that room and 1 on the ground floor.
