To get Neasin to spawn you need to say:
"I want to be tested by Neasin Leornic"
"I want to be tested by Neasin Leornic"
The Spiroc Lord is on isle 5, I know this because as I'm typing this I am there with my character. I have just gained the HQR. Now I need the topaz and globe...where do these drop?
The spiroc lord is on what I call "Island 4". That is the island after the one with all the flying horses. If you leave the guardian alive while you kill the spiroc lord, the lord will respawn immediately after he dies, making it possible to keep killing him until you get the item you want. If you have never been to Island 4, I suggest you do your research first because it is very dangerous for those who don't know what they are doing.

Where do I find this guy? i.e. What island is he on? I have two parts of the quest. Still need the High Quality Raiment off of the Spiroc Lord. For that matter, what island is the spiroc lord on?
