What is the minimum required faction standing to get this, and with which faction?
Vasha Firaji can be found in the northeast corner of the main area of Barindu at 730, -665, -120. You say, 'Hail, Vasha Firaji' Vasha Firaji stares at you intently as though judging you on the spot. Making up her mind, she leans in close and says, 'I need your [help].' You say, 'Help with what?' Vasha Firaji says 'Shortly after the Muramites came and enslaved us, my family was picked as a target and slaughtered. The elders tell me to mourn and let it go but I cannot while my soul sears with hatred. I want [revenge]!' You say, 'Revenge is seldom good, your elders are right.' Vasha Firaji says 'I wish death for every last one of these creatures, but I realize that simply isn't possible. The Aneuk Overseer is the one who ordered the deaths. Bring me his head so my heart can start to mend.' The Aneuk Overseer spawns in Barindu on the first tier of the pyramid building and does laps of the first tier while up. Kill him (fight info?), loot his head and bring it back to Vasha. On handing in the head: The look on Vasha Firaji's face softens and a tear rolls down her cheek. 'Thank you friend. With the beast where he belongs, I can finally begin to mourn. Please take this bracelet as a token of my thanks. It was my husband's. Proteri Amari tells me there is some magic locked away inside it. You receive: Engraved Stone Bracelet Your faction standing with Nihil has been adjusted by 10. You gain party experience!! Proteri Amari is also in Barindu and can be found in the a building in the northwest of the zone at 290, -15, -115. Give Proteri the bracelet. Proteri Amari says 'Vasha told me what you did for her and I extend you my thanks as well. The bracelet she gave you is special beyond its emotional value. I sensed some magic locked away within the stone ages ago.' Proteri Amari holds the bracelet between his hands and whispers to the stone. Glancing up, he says, 'It's all about knowing how to convince the stone that it wants to awaken.' When he opens his hands, the bracelet seems to glow from within. Proteri Amari says 'There you are. Again, thank you for your aid and take care with that bracelet. When the stone is freshly awakened, it tends to be a bit fragile.' You receive: Vasha's Bracelet of Mourning Your faction standing with Nihil has been adjusted by 10. You gain party experience!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Couldn't get the task with Amiable faction.
I was unable to get the quest at Kindly, but after reaching Warmly, Vasha was willing to talk.
Turning in the Head of the Aneuk Overseer to Vasha, and turning in the Engraved Stone Bracelet to Proteri both give the following:
