This task follows the task "Enemies of the Teir`Dal". It begins with Jarik K`Ahndar (location 1074.40, -2172.12, -1.37 in Bloody Kithicor).
You say, 'Hail, Jarik K`Ahndar' Jarik K`Ahndar says 'Laarthik wants a word with you. [Now].' You say, 'Now?' You have been assigned the task 'Power Play'. Jarik K`Ahndar says 'Yes, now. He's with Lanys T'Vyl in the headquarters camp.' Speak with Laarthik 0/1 (Bloody Kithicor) You say, 'Hail, Laarthik V`Shin' Your task 'Power Play' has been updated. Laarthik V`Shin says 'Oh, how I wish we had a magic sword which would glow red-hot when in the presence of traitors. From the facts you have gathered for Jarik and myself, it is clear that discipline is breaking down in the camps, likely some sort of a power play. I cannot shake the suspicion that strong hands are at work, stirring our tempers. My plan is simple. I will send you to one of the camps mentioned in the intercepted orders. Go to the Death's Hand regiment and give these new orders to Taulus Ailuraan, and see how he reacts.' You receive Ailuraan's New Orders. Go to the camp of the Deaths Hand Regiment 0/1 (Bloody Kithicor) Your Location is 183.35, -1852.90, -3.75 Your task 'Power Play' has been updated. Deliver the new orders to Taulus Ailuraan 0/1 (Bloody Kithicor) Taulus Ailuraan can be found in one of the buildings in the camp. Your Location is 210.85, -1773.13, 6.15 Hand Ailuraan's New Orders to Taulus to get the task update. Your task 'Power Play' has been updated. Taulus Ailuraan says 'Ah, what's this? We've already received our orders from Laarthik. A full inspection? This is preposterous! We don't have time for this! I won't allow it!' Speak with Kielys T'Vran. She seems to have something on her mind 0/1 (Bloody Kithicor) Kielys T'Vran can be found in the same room. Hail her for task update. You say, 'Hail, Kielys T`Vran' Your task 'Power Play' has been updated. Kielys T`Vran says 'Listen carefully. You might want to check Ailuraan's chest. I've seen him acting very strangely lately, he refuses to let anyone near it.' Loot a Bottle of Amjirin 0/1 (Bloody Kithicor) Taulus' chest is right next to her. /open it and loot the contents to get next update. --You have looted a Bottle of Amjirin.-- Your task 'Power Play' has been updated. Deliver the bottle of Amjirin to Taulus Ailruraan 0/1 (Bloody Kithicor) Handing the Bottle of Amjirin will cause him and his henchmen to agro you. It will also reveal your next two stages. Taulus Ailuraan says 'You have unleashed the hatred of an Ailuraan, you fool!' Your task 'Power Play' has been updated. Taulus Ailuraan says 'So, you and Laarthik thought to entrap me, did you? I had figured Ailuraan to be the main culprit, though putting down his pitiful attempt at a power play was more than worth the while. It's hard on our numbers to decimate a regiment, but we must have complete loyalty from our subordinates before the battle starts. Confirmed. It's named "Taulus' chest" and it respawns after about five minutes.

The first step you have listed "Speak with Larthik 0/1 (Bloody Kithicor)". The NPC's actual name is "Laarthik" and that is what the Quest Journal shows as the actual name when doing the quest.

run back to the chest after u hand in amjirin. i did that to root the henchman closest to name and put some distance between us. was out of LOS with third henchman on my right cuz of pillar between him and i. killed name first then both adds, assisted by my pet and healer merc with third spire still active after hitting it in the middle of killin name. this allowed me to pick off last henchman when i was rdy.

I can't see how to finish this solo with two it still seems impossible, anyone have a solution besides a whole group.
Not sure your class but easy solo for a wiz, just train the mobs out behind house and kite. Only his adherents follow. If you're a wiz, just snare and nuke named then adds. They killed my merc while I was running out back but never needed it once they were snared.
Evac after turning in poison and take campfire back and then mobs are standing around inside building and can be picked off
