Nahsulen the Tactician is located in a small tunnel in the northern boundary of the Old Bloodfields (it is not found on most maps).
You say, 'Hail, Nahsulen the Tactician' Nahsulen the Tactician says 'Greetings, friend. Are you ready to take the fight to the enemy? Or perhaps help me with a couple of special tasks? I know someone who has been wasting time with a [weapon] building project.' You say, 'A weapon?' Nahsulen the Tactician says 'Here's a project I could certainly use your help with. Morale is pitifully low among the Dragorn resistance, that much is clear, but those of us wishing to continue the fight cannot take time to address morale problems properly. Arikene the Hopeful has been running his mouth about a 'super weapon' that will turn the tide against the Muramites. This is pure rubbish, but saying so would only hurt his feelings and make him even more useless. However, if you bring him what he needs and he sees that it doesn't work, then no harm is done, and he can focus on more productive efforts. Interested in [helping]?' You say, 'I'm interested in helping' Nahsulen the Tactician says 'Good. Go and speak with Arikene, and help him assemble his 'super weapon'. When he sees how poorly it turns out, he'll come back to reality and help us.' You have been assigned the task 'The Ultimate Weapon'. Hail Arikene the Hopeful 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Arikene the Hopeful can be found in one of the rooms near the City of Dranik zone-in. You say, 'Hail, Arikene the Hopeful' Your task 'The Ultimate Weapon' has been updated. Arikene the Hopeful says 'Ah, so Nahsulen has sent you. Finally, he takes my research seriously. We face the ruin of our Dragorn species, either we evict these throngs of Muramites polluting our world, or we become their eternal vassals. I, for one, believe there are yet the tools in this world to vanquish them, that a mighty magical weapon can save us. Kill Ikaavs until you find a focused thalanite tube, kill Nocs for a black arcane power source, and kill Kyv for a high-octave tuning fork. Any Discord creature carries ten Arcanium fragments, we will need ten of these as well. When you have the materials, give them to Karsor the Mad, he will then assemble the weapon.' Arikene the Hopeful believes he knows a technique to construct a powerful magic amplifier which could be used to create a weapon that might possibly hold back the Muramites. Arikene urges you to help locate the materials he needs, as at the very least it would be good for morale. Note: Items in this task must be looted while you have the task. They are NOT pre-lootable. Loot a Focused Thalanite Tube from an Ikaav 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Loot a Black Arcane Power Source from a Noc 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Loot a High-Octave Tuning Fork from a Kyv 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Collect fragments of Arcanium 0/8 (Old Bloodfields) The fragments are dropped by random muramites of all types, and is prelootable. After looting the above 11 items, the next four steps open up: Deliver Focused Thalanite Tube to Karsor the Mad 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Karsor the Mad says 'This tube will make a nice barrel for the weapon Arikene and I have been discussing. It will no doubt destroy the Muramites when complete.' Deliver Black Arcane Power Source to Karsor the Mad 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Karsor the Mad says 'Excellent, a black arcane power source, of the kind the Muramites use. Most impressive that you managed to find one completely intact, and fully charged.' Deliver High-Octave Tuning Fork to Karsor the Mad 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Karsor the Mad says 'I should have better luck building super-weapons if there were more like you to help me. This High-Octave Tuning Fork will make the perfect basis for a sonic collimator. If you have to ask what that would be useful for, you have more to learn about resonant wave dynamics!' Deliver fragments of Arcanium to Karsor the Mad 0/8 (Old Bloodfields) Karsor the Mad says 'Ahh. This is just enough Arcanium to forge a synchronous endergonic field coil. The preparations are almost complete!' Hail Karsor the Mad 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) You say, 'Hail, Karsor the Mad' Your task 'The Ultimate Weapon' has been updated. Karsor the Mad says 'The weapon is complete. There is only one like it, unless you can bring me materials to build another. Take this to Arikene, he alone will know what to do with it.' Deliver the Black Arcane Sonic Gun to Arikene the Hopeful 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) Arikene gazes at the weapon he now holds, amazed that such a device could even be built. He thanks you for your efforts and seems confident the war will end soon. Hail Arikene the Hopeful 0/1 (Old Bloodfields) You say, 'Hail, Arikene the Hopeful' Arikene the Hopeful says 'You have done it! Karsor has triumphed, Kuua can be saved and liberated! I shall keep this in my possession and await the fateful moment to strike a blow for freedom. And you, my friend, may make use of this reward, for where I am going, I shall need it no longer.' Your faction standing with Herald Argoth got better. Arcanium is prelootable. Give it to Arikene the Hopeful and he will give it back and update the quest.

Anyone have a problem with task not updating when you loot one of the items ? I looted a couple of the items from OBF and havent gotten any updates
Be warned, you must loot the drops from Old Bloodfields - looting them in CoD will update your fragments of Arcanium but not the other three!

I think he is the room with the noble yemall the arcane in the old blood fields thats near the old city of dranik line. His location you can paste into the map if that is easier.

If you remember the OOW port in spot for Bloodfields it was up top of the bridge. Well if you were to go down via the tunnel on the north side it would spit you out between CoD and the Bridge along the north wall... This spot is where the NPC is, just go into the cave and he is there.
Anyone have the /loc and or coordinates from the map file that could be pasted for this guy?
