Keruk Garrkol, Beetle Herder can be found near the western edge of the main area of Toskirakk at location -840, 2265, 67. He is surrounded by Beetles and hard to miss.
You say, 'Hail, Keruk Garrkol, Beetle Herder' Keruk Garrkol, Beetle Herder says 'Hello. How did you get free of.... no, nevermind. I won't ask and you shouldn't tell me. I don't want no trouble with anyone. Not knowing keeps me safer. Besides, I have too much to do to worry about you and your [problems].' You say, 'What problems?' Keruk Garrkol, Beetle Herder says 'Well, it's these stupid beetles. Most of them are trained well enough, but some I never bothered to train. Heck, most of them are just food anyhow. I only train the ones that I sell as pets. Of course the untrained ones tend to just wander away. I'm tired of hunting them down, but they are my best sale item. If you [get them] for me, I'll reward you with something you might like.' You say, 'I will get them.' Keruk Garrkol, Beetle Herder says 'Well then, here's a net. You'll have to wear them out a bit before you'll be able to get that net on them.' You have been assigned the task 'Beetle Wrangling'. Keruk has asked you to locate a few of his lost beetles. He says they rarely wander off, but when they do they almost always seek out dark places. If you happen to get one that someone has purchased from him already, well that's fine too. Just don't bring him any from the market area, since that's where he expects them to wander. You receive a single charge clicky item called Massive Net. Catch and deliver stray beetles 0/8 (Toskirakk) (This is the only step.) Find a beetle. Beat it down to low health, just under 30% works well. Click your Massive Net and receive a Bound-up Deathbeetle. Hand this to Kurek to get a task update and a new net. Repeat eight times to win. The beetles are on the same faction as the Toskirakk merchants, so be mindful of where you kill them. They'll randomly run off, potentially leading to mass adds. You can find several solitary beetles by running around the edge of the main area in Toskirakk. They tend to be hiding in alcoves or behind pillars, but aren't too hard to spot. On handing in the eighth Bound-up Deathbeetle: Your task 'Beetle Wrangling' has been updated. Keruk was pleased with your efforts. He considered offering you a position, but figures eventually you'd get eaten by one of the beetles and then he'd just have to replace you anyway. Your faction standing with Mitius, Herald of Change has been adjusted by 17. If you accidentally kill one of the beetles, it is worth noting that you can then net the corpse, if it has loot on it, leave the loot and you can just run back with the new net a further 7 times, job done

If you change picks it wont work. You need to do it all in the same pick you current Net was given to you.

Not quite right, it's just a Main Pick only quest.
I had the net ready on two toons and clicked it at the same time. Both characters received the netted beetle.
I'm no where close to the market and I still can't get the net to work when I click it.

This quest is great if you have finishing blow.
The beetle turns around, you'll whack it for 65k damage, and take a neat negative faction hit!

Don't destroy the net or else you'll have to start all over again. :( I tried to say get them to get a new net...and he wouldn't give me one. Also if you accidentally kill the beetle instead of netting it...you get a negative faction hit to the toskirakk merchants.

These can be netted while snared .... but i did root them also ...

Anyone have any /locs of beetles that work for this quest. Ive pulled everyone i can find and cannot get the net to work, spam clicking doesnt work for me.

doh figured out what i was doing wrong, you cant pull the critters into the market area. i was pulling near hurka.
