Wazlum can be found in Toskirakk, near the zone in from The Void. You must have at least amiable faction with "Toskirakk Slaves" and may need to complete "Times are a Chainin'" in order to request this task.
You say, 'Hail, Wazlum' Wazlum says 'Hello there. There have been many tales of your heroics as of late. I must now ask [another] of you.' You say, 'Another task will be welcome.' Wazlum says 'Yes. There is one in our midst named Ganrik who has apparently turned a blind eye to our cause and has joined our enemy. We must [deal] with him before he reveals all of our secrets to the ogres.' You say, 'How do you want me to deal with him?' Wazlum says 'If you [agree], you will not only be aiding us, but also hurting the ogres that plan on spreading their reign into the Plane of Earth.' You say, 'I agree.' Wazlum says 'Perfect! I have received word that you may be able to find him somewhere within the cave system.' You have been assigned the task 'Against the Grain'. Wazlum has asked you to locate the traitor Ganrik and Dispose of him. Return to Wazlum after you have accomplished your task. Search for Ganrik 0/1 (Toskirakk) Ganrik can be found in the prison like area in the North-West of the zone. Loc: 61.65, 2893.86, 290.72. Attack him and kill him to update your task. Your task 'Against the Grain' has been updated. You gain party experience!! Ganrik says 'Ha! Do you think it will be that easy to kill me?' Find Ganrik and silence him 0/1 (Toskirakk) This time he can be found in an alcove near the South-West corner of the Hall of Decrease. Location: -757.24, 1817.07, 278.43. Attack and kill him again for next update. Your task 'Against the Grain' has been updated. Ganrik says 'Who do you think you are? You will never be able to stop me from telling all my secrets. Even the ones about you. . .traveller!' Locate Ganrik as he gets closer to the slave camp 0/1 (Toskirakk) This time he can be found on the wall near the Korascian Portal. Location: -140.85, -1473.77, 434.32. Attack and kill again for task update: Your task 'Against the Grain' has been updated. You gain party experience!! Ganrik says 'I am almost there. Too close for you to do anything about it.' Kill Ganrik before he relays his secrets 0/1 (Toskirakk) His final location is near one of the large pillars just west of the centre camp. Find and kill him again, this time for good. Location: -768.63, 1859.70, 69.05. Your task 'Against the Grain' has been updated. You gain party experience!! Ganrik 's corpse says 'I must make it. . .can't fall now. . .' Speak with Wazlum after you've completed your task 0/1 (Toskirakk) You say, 'Hail, Wazlum' Your task 'Against the Grain' has been updated. Whatever secrets Ganrik had have died with him, as well as his treachery. Your faction standing with Mitius, Herald of Change got better. You do not need to complete Fregg's Challenge to request this quest. I received it without doing so. I had warmly slave faction at the time.

Just a note. We had the 4th spawn of Ganrik killed today by some random group camping in the zone. The last spawn location is in the courtyard near a pillar, in a common camp location when the zone is crowded. This smooth move broke our mission since he will not re pop there unless he's killed in the previous 3 locations first. So... Delete mission, start over.

Search for Ganrik. (FAR NW of zone.)
Find Ganrik and silence him. (Kill)(Far East)
Locate Ganrik as he gets closer to the slave camp. (Center of zone)
Kill Ganrik before he relays his secrets.
Speak to Wazlum after you completed your task.
