Madame Serena, and NPC by the docks, will give a riddle if you say "I follow XXXXX" where x is any god in the game. I have no idea if they lead anywhere useful or are just nice background information. Here is what she will say based upon the religion you say you follow:

TRIBUNAL - You wish to bring the land of justice for all crimes which are unpaid. Start your mission in Freeport, where crime is unafraid.

KARANA - You will be safe in this city of thunder. Travel to the catacombs for easy plunder.

TUNARE - From mother of all elves you comfort and peace. Walk into the crops of Karana and all troubles will cease.

VEESHAN - The mother of all wyrms has her blood running deep withingreat cities. Be aware that you are not alone in this town of no pity.

BRELL - The place of true power is usually beneath your feet. Stay in this city and a rare enemy you just may meet.

INNORUUK - To hate is your way. Just as the father of the dark race. Go forth to Nekutulos is where you should go at good pace.

PREXUS - He created the Kedge freaks which are now gone from this land. Go deep into the caves of Jaggedpine and someone will take your hand.

RALLOS ZEK - To die in battle is the true and only way. Go into Blackburrow and join the fray.

BRISTLEBANE - To be like the king of thieves is the path in which you sway. Go to Crow's after sundown. It is better than in day.

CAZIC THULE - You will find that a slight friend is elvish and dark. Be forewarned that in this city it is best not to bark.

MITHANIEL MARR - As is your god you are one of true valor which you cannot part. Go forth into the catacombs and say hail Mister Bloodheart.

EROLLISI MARR - To be strong in the way of love is truly the only way. Go into Karana's Paw and enjoy your day.

SOLUSEK - To step foot upon his land would set your body ablaze. Go far north of Freeport to find the eye in the day.

BERTOXXULOUS - The catacombs contain safe haven for you and I. It is our place to you I tell no lie (Sounds like Serena is a worshipper of the Plaguebringer??)

RODCET NIFE - Thepower of healing is brought forth in your mass. Go past the gates and tell Zutros you are from Highpass.

QUELLIOUS - The tranquility and peace of the child lies within your heart. By fighting the opal elves, you shall be doing your part.

Advice for some, tricks on others

Her responses to evil worshippers could be construed as good advice, as she herself worships Bertoxxulous. She sort of points players where other like-minded worshippers exist.

Her responses to neutral deity worshippers are similar to evil ones.

Her responses to good-natured worshippers are all tricks meant to give you trouble. Back then, Karana was considered good, and she tells you to go into the catacombs to basically die. Quellious, she's telling you to go kill high elves. Mithaniel Marr, again, go to the catacombs and basically say hello to someone who'll kill you (back then guildmasters could attack you). Tunare, she tells you to head to the fields and get mangled by scarecrows. Erollisi Marr, head to what then was Infected Paw and get killed. And finally Prexus (back then the deity was good-natured), leads players to either potameids or darkpaw gnolls. As for Rodcet Nife, there is no one named "Zutros", but likely if they did exist and you did tell them you were from Highpass, they'd attack.

The animated scarecrows in the corn fields in karana are what shes talking about for tunare i believe
Brell

I dont know about the others but, having spent much of my eq life as a dwarf I can answer the Brell riddle.

The place of true power is usually beneath your feet. = Underground, duh.

Stay in this city = Kaladim, duh again.

and a rare enemy you just may meet. = Cleaner VII. This is a mechanical rat that has existed from Classic EQ. Spend the day sitting ontop of the Mines and you will see this rare spawn eventually. The Guards will kill it pretty quickly, so if your trying to kill it for one of its quests you must act fast.

Now to go to the other locations to find out what interesting Lore can be learned.

lots o hints

I just found a dead mob someone left in SFG.
I think it was a Darkelf. All that was on it was its head, NO DROP.

What ever the mob WAS it wasn't a ranger or a druid.....hmmm i wounder if u talked to Madam Serena about Veeshan, would that make this mob spawn ?

Anyone want to find out ?
to take your hand

Well i thinking it mean the poacher "take your hand" i mean think about it the poacher kill the bears you kill poacher...
I think it's where epic starts

I actually think these are the places that the epics start, i know they are class specific but i think it's alking about what class is mainly worshipping. i dont know but it could be worth a shot eh?

She doesn't say anything if you say that you're agnostic. Tried a lot.. Oh well... )

Well, some of these seem to be hinting to quests ( big ones possibly) but some of them are pretty much useless (i.e Rallos Zek followers going to BB). A couple hint to going to cities where you will gain acceptance and the others hint a guild.
Particularly Rodcet Nife, Cazic-Thule, Brell, and possibly Mithaniel seem to be the ones that ask for some more investigation. Brell is a very vague hint but then again, that might mean that we are looking at a new uber quest. Cazic-thule and Prexus dont actually tell you what person you are looking for but they give you enough hints to tell you where/what to go to. Rodcet Nife tells you directly who to go to and what to say. Brell hints towards the power at your feet. I dont think he means trumpy and his dwarven buddies. They are not enemies. That deserves much looking in to. A Prexus follower should try looking around Surefall for any hints of the person "who will take your hand". Kelric mentioned a DE outside the gates. I would think there lies the answer. For Rodcet, try to go around and find out about this spawn. Thats about all I have to say.

I've never been high enough to explore Jaggedpine too far, but the NPCs in the town speak of caves within the Pine where foul beings have been working. Sure sounds like the Prexus thing to me.

Some Commentary

Just sme things I've observed and connections I've made, regarding Madame Serena's 'fortune's. Overall, I think they mostly point to places a follower of that particular deity should go to hunt.

Tribunal: Any follower of Justice would want to clean up Freeport's Militia, right?

Karana: Lots of quests for Clerics and Paladins of Karana in the Catacombs. Not a bad step up from the newbie areas, if your careful.

Tunare: Pretty vague; everybody moves on to WK, etc., eventually.

Veeshan: Interesting, this. Makes you wonder if there's a secret worshipper of Veeshan in Qeynos, or maybe UNDER qeynos?

Brell: Hmmm, a rare spawn in Qeynos? Or perhaps Trumpy? Maybe a dwarf or gnome would know more.

Innorruuk: Obvious, Nektulos being the newbie zone for DE's.

Prexus: This one really makes me wonder. Jaggedpine is Surefall Glade, of course. Is there some quest from Erudin that involves Surefall? I know rarely Pirhana spawn in the pond there. Hmmmm...

Rallos Zek: Duh :)

Bristlebane: Referencing the Thieve's Guild

Cazic-Thule: There's a DE that sits outside the N gates sometimes; part of a quest?

Mithanial Marr: Sragg Bloodheart can be found in the SK/Necro guild area; I'd hate to run into him even now...

Erollisi Marr: Splitpaw. Much harder now, of course.

Solusek Ro: Solusek's Eye, commonly known as A and B. I wonder, do followers of Ro have any faction advantage in the Temple up there?

Bertoxxulous: Obvious.

Rodcet Nife: Has anyone ever seen the Zutros? I'd like to see if this goes anywhere. Given Serena's comments about Bloodheart and the Catacombs, makes me suspicious that Zutros is a Bloodsabre.

Quellious: No idea. Opal Elves? Kedge denizens, maybe?

Bertoxxulous: Obvious.

How is this obvious? the bertox one doesnt mention going anywhere to hunt anything which all the others seem to have the theme of

Furthermore, she con's dubious to me (and im a bertox cleric) doesn't quite pair up with:

"BERTOXXULOUS - The catacombs contain safe haven for you and I. It is our place to you I tell no lie"

which, btw - i dont know if she still says this as she says nothing to me at "dubious".

They're opening a new zone off of surefall glade called the Jagged Pines.

Concerning Followers of Tunare: In the Karanas, one can forage up Plains Pebbles (with a forage of 100+), which can then be imbued and used to make the cultural weapons and armor.

Plains pebbles can be foraged w/a skill of nothing, I guess, since I foraged my first one when I was lvl 8.

Veeshan: The big cities like Qeynos, Freeport and Kelethin contain a bard guild and bards are the only class to worship Veeshan

Quellious: Shes surely talking about Dark Elves, read the Human/Monk/Tranquil description in the character creation screen.
