This is Phase One of the Plane of Time raid expedition. It begins once someone zones into the instance. Its time limit is one hour. The lockout timers for the named mobs of each trial are 12 hours:

Anar of Water
Kazrok of Fire
Neimon of Air
Rythor of the Undead
Terlok of Earth

The entrance to the Air Trial is located in the southwestern part of Plane of Time A.

Kill the four Air Phoenix Nobles to spawn four Servitors of Xegony and the named, Neimon of Air. Neimon is slowable and AEs Caustic Atmosphere:

Caustic Atmosphere: PB AE 150', Poison (-150)
1: Decrease Spell Haste by 25%
2: Decrease Attack Speed by 25%
3: Decrease HP when cast by 550
4: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed

Neimon of Air's corpse says 'What madness is this? How could I have been defeated? I beg of you Xegony, please forgive my weakness.'


The entrance to the Earth Trial is located in the southeastern part of Plane of Time A.

3 x "a pile of living rubble" spawn. After each a pile of living rubble dies, it will randomly spawn 1-4 smaller "a rock shaped assassin." Terlok of Earth (slowable) will spawn once a total of 10 mobs die (in the earth trial).

The entrance to the Fire Trial is located in the northeastern part of Plane of Time A.

Kill the mephits to activate Kazrok of Fire (slowable; has a dispellable damage shield), who spawns more mephits and has two spells in his arsenal:

Black Pyre: PB AE 150', Fire (-150)
1: Decrease Spell Haste by 50%
2: Decrease Hitpoints by 225 per tick
3: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed

Black Winds: Targeted AE 60', Magic (-100)
2: Decrease Hitpoints by 1500

Kazrok of Fire roars, 'Mortals, here? I will torch you alive for this atrocity!'

Kazrok of Fire's corpse says 'You can extinguish the flame of my existence, but you are nothing compared to the might of Fennin Ro!'


The entrance to the Water Trial is located in the south-central part of Plane of Time A.

Anar of Water (immune to slows) will spawn alongside 2 x "a triloun gatherer." When Anar of Water reaches 90% and 50%, 2 x "a deepwater triloun" spawn. Anar of Water casts "Aqueous Flux."

Aqueous flux: PB AE 150', Cold (0)
1: Decrease HP when cast by 850
2: Decrease Movement by 70%
3: Decrease Attack Speed by 40%

Anar of Water's corpse says 'Your efforts are commendable, but you will not get far. By Coirnav, you are doomed to failure.'


The entrance to the Undead Trial is located in the northwestern part of Plane of Time A.

3 x "an undead guardian" will spawn (these con dark blue to 65). When they die, 4 x an undead guardian will spawn (these con even to 65). When those die, 4 more an undead guardian spawn (these con yellow to 65). When the 3rd wave of undead guardians die, Rythor of the Undead (slowable) becomes targetable along with 2 x "an undead protector." He casts the spell Insidious Calamity:

Insidious Calamity: PB AE 150', Cold (0)
1: Increase Spell Mana Cost by 50%
2: Decrease HP when cast by 575
3: Decrease Hitpoints by 350 per tick
4: Limit: Combat Skills Not Allowed

Rythor of the Undead has been slain by _____!

Each named drops one item which can be one of the following:

Mask of Conceptual Energy
Pulsing Emerald Hoop
Ring of Force
Smooth Onyx Torque
Wristguard of Keen Vision

Upon the death of the final named, you will see an exchange between the gods:

Solusek Ro says, 'This is absurd, why are we wasting our time and energy on this?! Direct action is needed, now! Banishing Zebuxoruk will not stop the mortals from entering into our planes. Their greed for power will have them soon trampling through our realms!'

Rallos Zek says, 'On this I agree! We must take action and the time is now. I will not have these mortals achieving the powers that we hold.'

Fennin Ro says, 'Calm yourselves, you need to appreciate the situation that is at hand.'

Xegony says, 'Please listen to reason, we are doing what we must. The mortals possess a direct tie to Zebuxoruk. If his stasis is finished their link will dwindle as well as their powers and knowledge.'

Rathe says, 'The knowledge that was given to them by Zebuxoruk will fade from their minds. We must do this now, for if they were able to translate the divine language all existence would unravel. The balance of power in the universe would be destroyed.'

Solusek Ro says, 'This is exactly the point that I am making! So you agree we must show them now that we are the power above them, and not to be questioned!'

Rallos Zek says, 'You must see what he refers to; we must turn to Norrath and show them our power. What they are trying to accomplish cannot be allowed to come to pass.'

Fennin Ro says, 'My son, please understand we must stop this advancement of mortals without halting their existence. The balance of power must be maintained. Without the mortals the balance would fade.'

Solusek Ro says, 'So they have made your decision for you too father. You are all wrong, this will only bring them further into our realms seeking answers! We must take action now. Have at your foolish games, I will not allow them to obtain my power.'

You look up and see a meteor burning through the sky; Solusek returning to his tower to brood over the matters at hand.

Rallos lets out a sigh of frustration that vibrates the ground at your feet.

Rathe says, 'Rallos still your warring heart. This is what must be done. We must place him in a stasis from which he will not be released. Come share your power. We must commence now.'

Xegony says, 'Mithaniel, Karana please record what you see here. With your good nature I am sure that your records will be impartial to any side. We must record this for the ages and learn from our mistake of allowing Zebuxoruk to gain so much power that is easily passed on to mortals.'

With a sudden jolt the wall comes into crystal clear focus.

As the path before you opens up in a swirl of mystical energy, the faded image of an hourglass appears. You have one additional hour.

This begins Phase Two, located behind the doors in each of the Phase One areas.

Just found out the hard way that if you kill the named too fast and not kill all the other mobs even if they arent active the script will bug out and not progress.

I just completed the 5 trials in about 20 mins. No exchange between the Gods and I can still not get to the second phase. I have been playing catchup and I am using 6 in a group, all level 115

Fayman is right. It's buggy. I did Phase 1 and followed the rule of killing the named last. For 4 of the challenges. Now I'm in Undead and nothing spawning. Somehow, umbeknownst to me, I busted the script. Yes, I killed them pretty fast using my 115 druid. But I didn't use aoe's and I left the nameds alone until all the trash was dead.

Not a big deal, just doing this for the memories. But it is kinda frustrating. I guess the moral is "you can't go home."


I guess I just got way ahead of the script timers. I gated out and ran back into UNDEAD and this time the mobs did spawn and I was able to finish them off and get into Phase 2.

Killed first wave in Phase 2 and now waiting for next one... been awhile so I hope I didn't bug it "again"

PPS I did not. I think if you kill too fast the script falls behind and you have to wait extra long to continue. One trick which worked, maybe, was to gate out and run back.

Some points not well-covered in these writeups:

To start a PoT raid you port into the zone and click on the portal for any of the 5 parts of Phase 1. That starts the raid. Nothing more needs to be done.

When you finish all 5 parts of Phase 1, whatever part you're in, you can click the clock in front of you and you enter Phase 2.

There are 3 parts to Phase 2, as shown at the beginning of its writeup here. But only 1 happens in whatever part of Phase 1 you finished that Phase in. To do the other 2 you have to port out, run back and go back into one of the Phase 1 zones you need for the Phase 2 event.

When you finish Phase 2, whichever zone you're in, follow the path and you'll enter Phase 3.

If you're high level, just drop off the cliff in Phase 3 and get over to where all the mobs are. There's no need to worry about splitting and all that stuff. Just kill them all!

Once you finish off the final 2 nameds for Phase 3, click the thing behind where they were, brings you to Phase 4.

Phase 4 and Phase 5 are straightforward. Each requires clearing a lot of trash, about 12 for each of the 8 gods involved, 4 in each Phase. They are hanging out in the corners.

Once you finish Phase 5, the portal to Quarm is behind the door opposite of the door you came in.

If you click any of the swirly things near each god, you get ported to that god's zone! No biggie. Just gate back to PoK and re-enter PoTime. Once you enter any one of the five Phase 1 zones you will get ported back to where you were in a higher Phase.

Good idea to bind yourself near the Herald in PoK. This simplifies running back.

If you follow the script after Quarm dies, you attack the "cocoon" thingy and Zeb gets released. He wanders off and Druzzil spawns and they chat. Then the raid ends and you get ported to Maelin's room in PoK. Easy way to get there: instead of wandering thru PoK and taking the elevator up, you just run thru the entire PoTime raid!

If I ever get the time I may write up a more organized "tell me like I'm a 7-year-old" guide. But the above clears up a lot of potential confusion.

I HATE THIS STUPID BUG. Did /bug now the third time. Again the named died to fast and the script stuck and stupid birds are waiting to get killed but are not targetable. Sometimes it is really astounding how sturdy a company can be in protecting old-loved errors. Even a complete unstable server has been caressed for a month to not get working again. It seems, Daybreak is the name of the game but it should be changed to Everbreak....

Take care not to race to fast though the sript. Kill the named last. Again an evening with people waiting outside for a time raid and a 11 hour lockout timer because mobs are not targetable if the named has been killed to fast.

You can also mount and run into the locked clock door. After 10-20 seconds it should port you to the graveyard where you can click the gravestone to zone out.
