The sabretooth are alt spawns (placeholder spawns) with something else in Trakanon's Teeth; probably the frogloks.
Bring a ranger with you to track them.

This quest is identical for the following races and is given by the Artisan in your home city....

To find the patterns that will inspire you, you will need to kill Chetari warriors in Dragon Necropolis, and Lictors in the Heart of Sanctus Seru. The patterns you will need are the tooth impressions of the Chetari warriors and the breastplate symbols of the Lictors of the Heart. Receive Sacred Impression Book Kill 20 Chetari warriors 0/20 (Dragon Necropolis) Make impressions of the teeth of Chetari warriors. 0/5 (Dragon Necropolis) An "impression" is a random update that can come from any kill... as long as you have your Impression Book in your inventory. It may be necessary to kill in excess of the required kill quota in order to complete the impressions stage. That's why it's called random. Kill 10 Lictors of the Heart 0/10 (Sanctus Seru) Make impressions of the symbols on the breastplates of the Lictors 0/2 (Sanctus Seru) Deliver the impression book to an artisan of your race 0/1 (ALL) Return Sacred Impression Book to the same Artisan you gave you the quest.
