Dwinn Axeheaver can be found in the Loping Plains in the Fang Breakers camp near the zone-in from the Steamfont Mountains at -1407, -3264.
At the end of the previous task, he mentioned a [prophet]. You say, 'What prophet?' Dwinn Axeheaver says 'The journal mentions a prophet as the leader of these orcs. I must know more about these orcs and their prophet. Go search the orc camps for any further records of their travels or anything about this prophet. Given his name you might have the best luck learning of the prophet from any of the more shamanistic orcs.' You have been assigned the task 'The Investigation Continues'. Search for additional information form the camps close to Bloodmoon Keep. - Loping Plains Kill Apprentice Guggor and loot an Illegible Tome. Bring Dwinn Axeheaver the illegible tome. - Loping Plains Dwinn Axeheaver flips through several pages of the tome, 'Blast! This could be a cook book for all we know, though since ye say ye found it on an apprentice that seems unlikely. We need someone more experienced with bizarre languages to take a look at it. I happen to have just such a [person] working for me.' Seems some people say funny lights and such coming from the island in the middle of the lake. You should be able to find her out around the lake somewheres.'
