This task begins with Dannie Highwind in the Loping Plains. He is located at 1845, -1215, 325.
You say, 'Hail, Dannie Highwind' Dannie Highwind says 'Hello ______, I am Dannie Mistwynd, formally owner of the Mistwynd Saddlery. I say formally because something [grave] occurred at the saddlery while I was briefly selling goods in Kelethin. Now I can't even go back to the saddlery in fear of my life.' You say, 'Something grave?' Dannie Highwind says 'Aye, the saddlery was taken over by undead some time ago it seems. When I returned from Kelethin from my trip, I found the saddlery completely infested with people and animals that I recognized. . . however they were no longer living. I fear my brother is now among these undead, though I cannot know for certain; when I went there I couldn't get far because I was attacked. Perhaps you can [help] escort me back to the saddlery to find my brother?' You say, 'I can help.' You have been assigned the task 'Cursed Saddlery'. Dannie Highwind says 'Very well ______. When you are ready, speak to me again and we will head to the saddlery. Be warned though, the place is festering with undead. We're going to have to kill many of them to clear the place out. We will also need to find my brother, and see what fate has become of him.' Dannie has asked you to escort him to the Highwind Saddlery. The Saddlery in recent years has become corrupted and overrun by undead. You will have to fight many creatures there. Dannie also wants you to assist him in finding his brother Darniel, who is supposedly trapped at the Saddlery. Hail Dannie to have him follow you to the Cursed Saddlery 0/1 (Loping Plains) Protect Dannie while he heads to the Cursed Saddlery 0/1 (Loping Plains) Vanquish 10 undead in the area 0/10 (Loping Plains) Give the Highwind Sewing Needle to Dannie 0/1 (Loping Plains) Your task 'Cursed Saddlery' has been updated. Dannie tells you, 'Thank you for your assistance. Darniel's soul now should rest peacefully.' Your faction standing with Fang Breakers has been adjusted by 25. If you've also completed the task "Taking Back the Night," you receive a Wereorc's Right Mandibular Fragment. In summary: Once you are ready, hail Dannie again. He wanders over to the saddlery. When we did this we had to just follow invis, then when he stops in the middle of the corral area IVU yourself, then run over and and hail him for a task update. He then wanders back to his spawn point and you can pull 10 of the 'a cursed remnant' (no faction hit) at your leisure. Once 10 are dead the task updates and the next stage is to kill 'Shade of Darniel Highwind'. Pull him from the western stable and kill (no faction hit). He drops 6 of 'Highwind Sewing Needle'. Grats and grats to another ARCH.
I have complete that task and recieve no reward or Wereorc's Right Mandibular Fragment on two characters. I thikn that is wrong one. Just faction with Fang Breakers.
I just did this quest on 3 toons, and none of them received the right mandibular fragment upon completion. Anyone know if this quest is broken?
You also have to do Taking Back the Night.

For doing this quest I recieved Fang Breakers Faction, some exp and Wereorc's Right Mandibular Fragment (Lore, No Trade, Quest item). Not completely sure what the Mandibular is for.

the steps are:

Too bad this wasnt at the top of the list, I should have read the forums below as per usual but instead killed the Shade before I finished the undead kill count. Had to wait for Shade to respawn to get the update :/ Thanks for the useful information however.
