Frostfell 2007 #2: Rescue Hailie Biggeyes  

In case anyone has the same problem as teamplay (the guards don't seem to want to respawn around her), to can go kill another set of them (I went back and got the ones around Bram) and it will update the quest just fine.

our best toymakers turn up missing, and I'm trying to figure out what to do. I don't have
the dwarfpower to spare to go hunting for them and really could use some help. Would you
be [willing] to help me?'

Find Zott, a troll located in the same building near the fire next to Zoog.

You say, 'Hail, Zott'

Zott says 'Hello Human, forgive me if I seem a bit frazzled. Last week I was startled awake from a deep sleep by something going [bump] in the night, and I haven't gotten much rest since.'

You say, 'Bump?'

Zott says 'Yes yes, a great bump. Clatter even! Somehow during all the commotion my friend Bram, a toymaker at Santug's workshop, vanished! He was [kidnapped] while we were sleeping!'

You say, 'Kidnapped?'

Zott says 'I didn't get a good look at them. I was hiding under my bed and MUCH too frightened to see anything! The only clue we found was a piece of a map with an X marked near Velketor's Labyrinth, but I'm certainly not going down there. That old wizard is crazy! Perhaps you might [try to find] him?'

I've had to take over her shifts making toys for Santug, and I'm really not happy about it.'

Zobb says 'Yes I said missing. You have wax in your ears or what? A few days ago,
Hailie took a snack break, and just never came back. We searched around, but the
only thing we found were some odd tracks in the snow that headed off to the northeast.
I'd go looking for her, but I'm stuck making these toys. Would you be [interested]
in searching for her?'

Zipp turns his eyes to you, though it's clear he cannot see. "No no. You're
not Kanf. You don't smell like Kanf. Always eating he is. I can smell him coming
a hundred yards away. Come to think of it, I haven't smelled his tubbyness in
several days. I hope he hasn't gotten himself [stuck] again. He's supposed to
be here building toys for Santug!

You say, 'stuck'

Zipp chuckles a bit. "Yes stuck. Many years ago that fat litle dwarf got himself
stuck under a tree and would have certainly died that day had I not come along
and pulled him out. Do you think you could [look] for him? I'm afraid I won't
be much help with my bad eyes.

Zipp says 'Why yes! You should go find him! The last time we spoke, he kept

days. First Bram vanishes, then Hailie and Kanf, and just yesterday, Santug's
lead toymaker [Gemmi] was abducted in broad daylight.'

Zoog says 'Some rather large creatures made of ice just walked into the workshop
and grabbed her. She tried to fight them off but they dragged her away to the
southwest. We need someone to [rescue] her [TOONNAME]! Santug will NEVER get his toys
made in time without her!'

Father Frostheart spawns on third frostheart snowman death, after hailing Gemmi Goodkin.

He is a lvl specific spawn, so for me he was lvl 70. He is a magician class, and casts a dot called "Icicle Spike" on you.


Level 70 rogue 1604 AC/1606 ATK had no trouble taking him down with a 68 cleric healing.

Cleric did get interupted once or twice from respawn guards, but rarely.

Father Frostheart hit from anywhere in low 200's to 800 max hit (based on rogues ac), average hit was around 345.

Can confirm that the quest dwarf does give task update invised anad SoSed
when hailed
