Aendor Mistvale can be found in the Loping Plains in the Fang Breakers camp near the zone-in from the Steamfont Mountains.
You say, 'Hail, Aendor Mistvale' Aendor Mistvale says 'Hello _____, my name is Aendor Mistvale, and I've come here on behalf of the Faydark Champions. I have come to this area with many tasks to accomplish. One particular task which I may need assistance with, involves searching for Kelethin [apprentices] who have come to this region to investigate the rumors of unholy activity.' You say, 'Apprentices?' Aendor Mistvale says 'These apprentices, in their willingness to prove their worth to the guildmasters of Kelethin, have come here to investigate the area for signs of undead. Ever since the sun was cast in shadow, evil appears to have spread to regions of Faydwer blessed by mother Tunare. This has worried many of the citizens of Kelethin and has made many apprentices excited for the chance to search for glory and approval from their superiors. Many of these apprentices are now lost. I've been tasked with searching this area for any signs of their disappearance. Would you be willing to [assist] me with this task?' You say, 'I'll assist you' Aendor Mistvale says 'Very well _____, search this area for any signs of the missing Kelethin apprentices and report back to me with anything you may find.' You have been assigned the task 'The Lost Elves'. Aendor has asked you to investigate the Loping Plains for any signs of the missing Kelethin apprentices. He mentions that there are undead inhabitants in the area, so this task might be dangerous. Return to him with any signs found of these missing elves. For each of the missing elves, you will need to walk near its untargetable corpse to trigger the corresponding Fallen Spirit. The Fallen Spirits do not summon, are easily slowable, and drop 6 pieces each. For those who hate using /loc, there is one west of the questgivers by bloodmoon, one just outside the minotaur marble mine, one outside north of the vampire cave, and the last is west of the ramp down, across the road.

Updated, with faction hit. Be aware that faction gains for many SoF factions are scaled up based on how much hCHA you have so the base amount is likely lower than you experienced.

The order doesnt matter thus i forgot it but here it is ...
- Gifilnos Blightfire`s corpse spawns Fallen Spirit of Gifilnos
(pos445, pos580, pos30)
- Valarine Windwalker's corpse spawns Fallen Spirit of Valarine
(neg45, neg650, pos115)
- Tawln Lightbane's corpse spawns Fallen Spirit of Tawln
(neg2500, pos1390, pos60)

-You can't target the corpses.
-Walk over or come near corpse to spawn the see invis mob although if you back out it wont attack.
-The corpses are in moderately safe locations, i had one wanderer add with wendia. -If you got maps from mapfeind, the corpses should be on there.
-The fallen spirits that spawn do not summon and are easily slowable.
-Each mob loots 6 pieces so can do mission with a group and get everyone updates. -If you could solo like i did and know locs by heart as well as have good timing, you can leave the 4 corpses of the spawned mobs be with their 5 pieces rotting on each and go complete task, get new one spawn the new mobs off corpses but dont kill them just loot the rotting pieces. I did 3 if i recall correctly before i had to rekill the mobs. GOOD LUCK!

The 4th elf is named Valarine Windwalker at loc neg146, neg611, pos113.

You must find the corpses of the four elves that are scattered around the zone. When you approach each of the corpses they will spawn a shade. The shades can be snared, do not summon, and hit a lvl 75 silk caster for a max of ~2500. They have somewhere between 150,000 - 250,000 hps.
Each shade once killed drops 6x a quest item for this quest in addition to other standard trash loot.
When I get home I'll look up the /locs of the corpses and npc names and add them. The corpse locations are on the latest mapfiend maps.

Where is Wendia Mistwalker's Corpse? It's not marked on my maps and i've looked everywhere.
Anyone else have trouble getting Valarine to show up? I've been trying for like 2 hours now with no luck. I've checked that I'm in the right spot, I have the quest, but it's just not happening.
Any help would be appreciated!
