Artisan Vivian Selgan may be found in East Freeport at -1015, -865. Need dialogues. You have been assigned the task 'Eminent Impressions'. To find the patterns that will inspire you, you will need to kill strong sentinels in Thundercrest, and flameweave menders in the Nest. The patterns you will need are the engraved patterns on the chest of the sentinels and the embossed patterns on the bracers of the flameweave menders. All you need is the Eminent Impressions book in your inventory (not in the bank!!) and with each kill of the correct type of mob there is a random chance that it will also make an impression.

The strong sentinels are by far the hardest part even though the spawn mechanics for both mobs for this quest are similar. The strong sentinels share spawn with 3 other types and a named. However, the area where most sentinels spawn also has a spawn with 3 tempest dervish that can roam the corridors. They disspell, starting with HP buffs. Using a 74 druid with J1 tank merc and 68 mage with cleric merc, I still had to use exodus a number of times (granted, the druid is low on AA and spells in the 70-74 range). The best strategy is long pulls in a cubby that doesn't get agro from the corridors. There are a few of those in the corners only. The ones that on the side of a corridor still will get agro from roamers.
For the flame weave menders it is simply time consuming, but the strategy is a lot simpler. Get to the bridge with the lava. Break that camp, setting up in just looking inside that room. That room has 3 goblin spawns and a visitor, each of which can turn into a mender.
You can also setup just past the bend over the bridge. You can then pull the room and the corridor before the room marked "hatchling room". There will be another spawn over there, but keeping up with the respawns and still being able to get to all the goblin spawns will be a lot harder.
Last but not least, this still isn't a quest you can molo at level, it's even hard to 2-box and because of the spawn mechanics you won't get this done in an typical 3-4 hour exp group.
