This task begins when you loot a Silverwing Circlet from Permafrost.
--You have looted a Silverwing Circlet.-- You have been assigned the task 'Lost Heirlooms (Level 25)'. Speak to Aiden Silverwing about the ring you found. (0/1) - Plane of Knowledge Aiden Silverwing is located outside the Guild Lobby. If you do not yet have a Silverwing Lockbox in your inventory, you will receive it upon hailing him. You say, 'Hail, Aiden Silverwing' Aiden Silverwing says 'You've found Gallien's ring! Gallien never was happy here in Crescent Reach. Always wanting to see the rest of Norrath that one. It's no surprise he wound up in Permafrost really. Obsessed with the ancient dragons he was. He sent word many months ago about needing to talk to Sillien about some magical shard he'd found, but that was the last I heard from him.' Find a shard of power to infuse with Aiden's heirloom. (0/1) - Trakanon's Teeth Loot a Radiant Shard from Trakanon's Teeth. Put the circlet and shard into the lockbox and combine them.
