This is the second event encountered in the Asylum of Anguish raid expedition. It begins with a dragorn named Jelvan:

You say, 'Hail, Jelvan'

Jelvan says 'The tormentors. They are trying to break me. They want me to be one of them. They want my power. You must [help] me. You must destroy them.'

Jelvan says 'They must be killed! They... Can you here them? They are coming close. I will help you while I can, but I can already feel their taint seeping into my bones'

Tanthi the Tormentor, Tantho the Tormentor, and Tanthu the Tormentor spawn. They must be kept within about 5% of one another's health, otherwise they gain strength and AE effects.

Once they are dead:

You hear Jelvan's shouts of gratitude as he runs into the shadows.

Jelvan's Keepsake spawns with loot which consists of two Ancient Muramite Runes, a Seal: Mastery of All (backflag), one armor-piece item (from first list), and two items (from second list):

Lenarsk's Embossed Leather Pouch
Makyah's Axe
Muramite Cruelty Medal
Patorav's Walking Stick
Riftseeker Heart

Aneuk Dagger of Eye Gouging
Bazu Claw Hammer
Cloak of Wailing Woes
Earring of Dark Conflict
Girdle of the Fleet
Globe of Discordant Energy
Globe of Voltage
Greatsword of Mortification
Journal of Jelvan the Eldest
Mask of Lament
Plaguebreeze

Also, a rare drop in addition can be Faded Journal Page, Jelvan the Eldest (purpose of lore only).

2 boxed first try

Got this down with my 90 cleric / 90 bard combo, both around 60khps and 4000 AAs. Didn't prep well and want quite sure what to expect, but just tanked with the cleric and did one tormenter at a time until done. Was only a bit hairy on the first one since they were all on me at one, but as long as I kept my promised heal going on the cleric and cured as often as necessary, it went well. Got close a couple times due to the silence effect. But that got better after the first one was down and didn't have it at all once I was down to one.

Boxed this event with 91 mnk, 91 rog, 91 enc, 88 clr, all in hot t3-t4 gear, 500-2000 AAs.

The 3 tormentors have a combined dps comparable to Ture, maybe a tad higher. So if you can solo/duo him this event should pose no problems.
After a few resets and near wipes due to rampages i went with just soloing the first two with monk alone, then having the rest join in on the last one. Killed south first; forgot which died after that.
All 3 are slowable or at least they are with monk Counterforce disc.

i followed wrentia strat and went with south first, then just picked off the other 2... i was going to just aoe agro with SK then range AE with wizard, but tried other way and worked well.

SK aoe agroed the 3, bard assisted, cleric healed, shaman spot healed, wizard burned in background.. did 1 at a time and wasnt too hard for the win. :)

Are any of them slowable if so how? I tried using Malis for a debuff and then Balance of Discord but it would not work. I also tried using Turgur's Swarm our aa slow. It did not work. I then tried to use a disease based slow. That also did not work. I tried everything i could to slow Tanthi the Tormentor and it did not work.
another way to do this

We do this slightly differently. 1 group NW, 1 group NE and rest of raid South. Kill south fast, raid moves from south to NW. Kill NW, raid moves to finish NE. For raid to get to NE takes a little time, but you don't need your best tank there. I've tanked there with 17khp 2700ac 300ish aa, and lived to tell the tale. The NE/NW groups should have an MT and an RT and a cleric....a second cleric or druid and then back-up melee.

They each have an AoE, but you don't have to keep all three within 5% of each other.

Raid will need to be split into 3 teams.

The AoE's only hit those who are attacking and helping on one of the specific MOB's.

If any one swtches MOB's or helps someone who is on a diffrent MOB, the AoE will transfer to both teams. SO don't switch unless you can get off the hate list (re: FD).

Take out the South MOB fast with majority of raid. Off-tank the other two.

Then split the south team raid east/west and kill last 2, within 5% of each other.
