Raid Expedition: Deathknell, Tower of Dissonance

This raid expedition may be triggered with as little as six and up to 54 players. It is initiated and entered by clicking on the gargoyle statue on the eastern side of Mad Mary-Anne's bridge in the Theater of Blood. Mad Mary-Anne does not see through IVU and is tethered to the bridge. You will likely want to clear the gargoyles away from the entrance.
The full flag for this zone is automatically once you reach 72nd level. For the actual flag information, see this quest entry. NOTE: The "Divine Fetters of Ro" which are received at the end of the actual flag quest play an integral part in the Ayonae Ro event. Do you receive this item automatically at level 72, or upon hailing Eodue the Pure at level 72? If not, how do you obtain it (if it is at all possible)? Previously: Divine Fetters of Ro + Inspiration turn-in to Eodue the Pure = Full flag. If you had done an Inspiration turn-in, but did not have Divine Fetters of Ro, you could zone in, but could not loot and counted against the 85% rule. Without an Inspiration turn-in, you could zone in. The Twisted Harp String, which drops from every event, counts as a full flag. Inside, you will encounter four events. They must be completed in the order seen here. Completion of one event spawns the next. Information about each event can be found through their links on the sidebar. - The Tolling of Dissonance Bells (stop the Watchers and defeat the four Deathknell Enforcers) - Vertigo (defeat four stages of Mistmoore's troublemakers) - Unwelcome Guests (defeat Mistmoore's three confidants) - The Mad Choir (knock some sense into Ayonae Ro and her cohorts) Each event has a lockout timer of 4.5 days. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

You can now get into Deathknell as low as level 68 at least(possibly lower). I just tested with 4 level 68's and a 115 to get the instance. All could zone in fine.
Like the Anguish expedition, you just need 6 characters in a group. They don't all need to be logged in. I just tested this with toons from level 86 - 110. Only two were logged in.
When I tried the Anguish expedition, I could get it with one person logged in and 5 toons as low as level 1 logged in. I'm pretty sure this would work the same way.

Looking for current information on task request / zone in / loot requirements. I received "you can't use this... yet." when clicking the gargoyle statue in an attempt to request the raid for my group.

Its because you clicked to gargoyle before you had 6 people, now you need to wait a few moments (30 seconds to a minute usually).
You just GNOMED THAT!.

Insparation is no longer required to be piggy'd into zone. Also looting the backflag peice inside DK fully flags you for the zone, you no longer need to get a insparation. You cant loot items until you ahve the full flag, or backflag peice tho.

Aren't inspirations used for piggying and the fetters/harpstring for looting?
