Gracie F`Liler is found at location 235, 3220 (next to Fyrefly and Luminare Pasinia in the east wing of the "merchant building").
On Progression servers that have reverted the zone she is at -3315, 2639, in the bank. On regular Live servers you can use "Find" to get to the soulbinder in the area where all the good NPC's were moved You say, 'Hail, Gracie F`Liler' Gracie F`Liler says, 'It's so good to see new faces, not to mention more adventurers in the area. On some nights, the sounds that come from the nearby hills will scare even the hardiest of travelers. I volunteered in the name of the Keepers of the Art to help locate any [new spell scrolls] that might surface. Maybe you will have a successful journey and find some of these scrolls yourself.' You say, 'What new spell scrolls?' Gracie F`Liler says, 'I have recently come into possession of some of these scrolls. They seem to be very promising in adding to the strength of our occupation. Some more good news is that I have a few extra of these scrolls. Perhaps you might have or find an extra of your own and be willing to trade? In case you are interested, I am looking for the scrolls Theft of Thought, Color Slant, Cripple, and lastly Dementia. Bring me one of these and I'll make an even trade.' Upon handing Gracie one of the mentioned spells: Gracie F`Liler sats, 'Here is the scroll that I promised. We have both gained much knowledge today. I hope to business with you again soon. Farewell.' Was wondering where the scrolls you have to turn in are found at. I know at lease one of em is a reasearch (color slant) just wanted to know if you can get them from merchants and stuff like that.

color slant is not researchable, it's an NPC drop. i got mine in chardok or seb, can't remember. you won't find it on a merchant unless a PC has sold it to him.

SO far i have traded in 6 spells, 3 cripples and 3 dementias... to date i have gotten 3 wake of tranquilities and three recant mana (Magic). On one occasion i got 3 recant mana's in a row (2 cripples and a dementia) Persoanlly i beleive there is a Loot table (80% chance of getting one ofthe 2 crap spells 10% chance of getting eoither of the class defineing spells)

i turned in 6 spells today (1 ToT, 2 dementia, 3 cripple) and got 1 group clarity and 5!!! C2...
and all i want is that stupid recant magic scroll :-)
if you need a copy of C2 on solro feel free to tell me, i have 4 of them to spend :)

How can anything with wake of tranquility as a possible reward get rated excellent?
Ok so group clarty and clarity 2 good (funny how all our mana key spells are locked into spell drops or trades eh?) so you have a 50% shot at something nice. Meanwhile who in their right mind would turn in ToT (trade it to a PC first), Dementia 2 isn't a bad nuker, Cripple has nice pvp potential, but color slant looks like a good one to pass on (too costly to keep stunning with it.. pvp possiblity but probably resisted too much to be helpful).
So there's a high probability you'd want to keep the spell or PC trade it, and if you're finally ready to trade only half the time you'll get a useful spell. Woohoo.
