Zio #1: Seeking Revenge

This solo task is the first in a series involving Silyssar, New Chelsith, and begins with Vizier Zio who is located in the top of the tower at around -2010, -2010 (southeast section of Katta Castrum).
You must have completed the first five group Solteris access tasks in order to request this (up to and including "Confront Emperoer Zaarisz"). You say, 'Hail, Vizier Zio' Vizier Zio glances over at you as you approach and his eyes narrow. 'Yes, what is it? Speak quickly for I am very busy. I must bring those [traitors] to [justice].' You say, 'What traitors?' Vizier Zio says 'Yes, traitors, the ones who conspired to assassinate Zhisza. I've identified at least three of them, but I'm sure there are more. I've been able to track them beyond Zhisza and into the [Silyssar] habitat. Yes, yes I know, all habitats beyond Zhisza were believed to be destroyed, but it is not I assure you. We Shissar are extremely resourceful when it's required. The conspirators hide there even now.' You say, 'Where is Silyssar?' Vizier Zio says 'I've already sent in several teams to root out these murderers, but none of them have returned. I'll have to send out search parties for the lost, but first I must consider the [task] at hand.' You say, 'What task?' You have been assigned the task 'Seeking Revenge'. Vizier Zio has discovered the identity of several Shissar who assisted in the betrayal of Zhisza. Kill these traitors and return to him. Kill Defiler Morduz 0/1 (Silyssar, New Chelsith) Kill Reaver Ail`zhin 0/1 (Silyssar, New Chelsith) Kill Disciple Tizlrim 0/1 (Silyssar, New Chelsith) All three named Shissars appear to be always up. They do not drop anything besides trash loot. Morduz spawns in the first pyramid; Ail`zhin in the lower levels of the second. Tizlrim is also in the second pyramid, near the portal to the third. Speak with Vizier Zio 0/1 (Katta Castrum) Vizier Zio says, 'Well done, those three have finally been repaid for their betrayal. Now we must turn our attention to the others that have become [lost] in the habitat.' (This is the lead-in to the "Death Sentence" task.) Reaver Ail'zhin is in the 2nd temple, "green" level of the map, in the large room in the NE corner of that floor. He spawns somewhat to the back of the room, in the middle

For me he wasn't in the 3rd Pyramid. He was in the 2nd Pyramid by the portal to the 3rd pyramid.
The other two were generally in the same place of the first 2 pyramids (in main pyramid door, down left ramp...).

'Very well then, if you think you can brave the horrors that must now live in Silyssar, I certainly won't deny you the opportunity to prove yourself. Find the three conspirators and kill them. Return to me only when all three are dead! Long live Zhisza!'

Have this on my task list but forget the key word we used. Will try to find it. Task info so far we have is:

The next task in the series is from Vizier Zio again called Death Sentence. The key word is "lost"
Task takes place in Silysaar, New Chelsith and the first task objectives are:

Deliver 1 Vial of thick green fluid to Lizzha
Deliver 1 Vial of thick green fluid to Hi` szhia

Zhiza Cipher - say books to get task
Collect the Bottom Half of the Zhisza Cipher
Collect the Top Half of the Zhisa Cipher
Deliver the Bottom Half of the Zhisza Cipher to Chief Librarian Lars
Deliver the Top Half of the Zhisza Cipher to Chief Librarian Lars
these drop off random high con shissar in the temple.

Collect the book Treatise on Teleportation

Loot five illegible Combine Tomes

the books are ground spawns on the first and second level of the temple. the tomes drop off random shissar in the temple. seem to be the higher con ones but not sure havent finished the task yet.

I talked to the quest giver and I can't figure out what the key words to say are to be given this solo task?
