It should be noted that this craptastic quest provides you with clarity V potions.
If all you want are the free potions, it's far easier to talk to Alchemist Ella in Blightfire Moors and wack just 4 of the witchlamps.
Her quest appears to be infinitely repeatable, and when you have the quest (not sure about when you don't have the quests), the lamps *always* drop one quest bit per kill.

Yes, witchlamps always drop them. I go to her with a stack of 20 and get the quest, turn in 4 (or turn in the stack and she returns 16 to your cursor, collect my potions, and hail her again for the quest again, turn in the 16, rinse & repeat.
Note that you receive 10 potions per 4 turn-ins, and they stack to 20. So, 8 witchlamp globes gives you a stack of 20 mana potions.

To SAVE yourself a lot of grief, running back and forth, to collect items, it's STRONGLY advisable to get ALL of Botanist Bazuu AND Cook Idraik's quest before you do any of them.
All INFO on any of their quest (3 per NPC) are INCORRECT.
All the items you need drop off ANY Bixie in the zone so, while hunting for the heads, in 1 of Idraik's quests, which seem to only drop on 2nd floor, you will get other items also.
The drop rates vary in both number and type from mob to mob but, ANY Bixie in the zone can drop.
If after you get all the heads, you still need items, you can stay there or go to a different area of zone and kill ANY Bixie !!!
