Drake Handler Rolkor can be found at the Crusade outpost in Sunderock Springs.
He is on Crusade of the Scale faction. If you hail him when lower than ally with this faction... Drake Handler Rolkor says 'I'm sorry, my friend. I can only requisition a drake transport for the seasoned allies of our Crusade! Captain Zheren's orders.' Once you raise faction to ally, hailing gives this response... Drake Handler Rolkor says 'Need a ride, ____? These trained drakes can carry you to any of the main battlelines in our ongoing war against Dyn'leth. Would you like to be carried to the location of the [Green Legion] encampment in Sunderock, the [Gray Legion] staging area in Southern direwind or [Black Legion] garrison in Northern Direwind?' You say, 'Green Legion' The drake whisks its rider away to the encampment of Dyn'leth's green legion. You are are taken to LOC -406, -1578, 354 in the same zone (Sunderock). This is on top of the cliff near the mine door. You say, 'Gray Legion' The drakes whisks its rider away to the encampment of Dyn'leth's Gray legion. You teleport to LOC -1610, -992 in Direwind Cliffs. This is the rock where Scout Keshik and Scout Zryan are found. You say, 'Black Legion' The drake whisks its rider away to the encampment of Dyn`leth's Black Legion. You teleport to Direwind Cliffs, to a spot just in front of the two Guardian of the Gate, but out of aggro range. Crusade faction can be raised be performing a variety of quests or by killing: Green Legion NPCs in Goru`kar Mesa or Sunderock Springs Gray Legion NPCs in Direwind Cliffs Black Legion NPCs in Direwind Cliffs The fastest way to raise the faction seems to be via the Elite's Insignia task for Armorer Arkin. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Just an FYI; faction spells/abilities/songs that boost you into ally will not qualify you to get drake mounts. You must get to unmodified Ally faction before he offers the ports.
