This series of tasks is available around Christmas.
The whole event has 3 stages. Find a Frostfell Goblin in Everfrost Peaks. a Frostfell Goblin says 'Happy Frostfell stranger.' The goblin bounces around as he speaks. 'You're probably wondering why we are here. We are in desperate need for some help! Our master has been [brainwashed]!' You say, 'Brainwashed?' a Frostfell Goblin says 'Yes, brainwashed. He is no longer the same person he used to be! He is no longer jolly! Actually, he is being quite naughty! Attacking travelers across Norrath is very naughty! Not jolly! We are too small to save him! Will you [help] us?' You say, 'I will help you' You have been assigned the task 'Frostfell - Searching for Clues'. a Frostfell Goblin says 'If you find him, you will surely find some clues to the mystery. Clues are the answer! Look for him in any of these [regions] across Norrath! You won't miss him; he is very big and very red! Go now! Save our master!' Santug Claugg has been spotted in Everfrost, Butcherblock and Commonlands so far. Santug Claugg shouts 'Fighting Santug? That is so naughty me have to go add it to me list right now!' Santug Claugg shouts 'You waste Santug's time! Must go back to work!' 1. Find the first clue and bring it to a frostfell goblin 0/1 ALL 2. Find the second clue and bring it to a frostfell goblin. 0/1 ALL 3. Find the third clue and bring it to a frostfell goblin. 0/1 ALL 4. Find the fourth clue and bring it to a frostfell goblin. 0/1 ALL 5. Find the fifth clue and bring it to a frostfell goblin. 0/1 ALL Loot clues from the corpses of his accompanying grimps. --You have looted a Clue: A Broken Toy. --You have looted a Clue: Fragment of a Charm scroll. --You have looted a Clue: A Snowball with a Rock in it. --You have looted a Clue: A Symbol of Innoruuk. --You have looted a Clue: Fur from a Mammoth. Hand all 5 items to the Frostfell Goblin. Your task 'Frostfell - Searching for Clues' has been updated. Your task 'Frostfell - Searching for Clues' has been updated. Found a Frostfell Goblin there in Froggyville, Norrath. Dont have to go to everfrost only to start it.

I've heard that Santug also spawns in South Ro, though since I didn't see it, I can't totally confirm it. The person was fighting caimans and was sent flying into the water.
