This monster mission begins with Kor Fibbilus in the Rathe Mountains. He is located just south of the Plane of Knowledge book.

You say, 'Hail, Kor Fibbilus'

Kor Fibbilus is startled by your approach, 'Whoa! Hello, _____. Errr, I must have been day dreaming again . . . Hah. My apologies for being so absent-minded. I was mulling over a bit of [Froglok history].'

You say, 'Froglok History?'

Kor Fibbilus says 'Do you recall the day when the Frogloks of Guk were blessed by Marr and ousted the trolls from Grobb? I was there! Many of our town's respected masters were in that fight: Master Griblok, Lumun, Grubbus, Sergug and even Kaewhis! Oh, what a glorious battle! I just love talking about it, but it's hard to find anyone willing to listen. Don't suppose you'd like to [hear more]?'

You say, 'I'd like to hear more'

Kor Fibbilus says 'Splendid, _____. Take a seat and listen closely. The Grozmok stone had been stolen out from under the trolls of Grobb, leaving them lost and helpless. Our god Mithaniel Marr saw this opportunity and bestowed upon us great valor, intelligence, and purpose. We stormed out of Guk through the swamp and laid siege to their town . . . And then, hmmm, what happened next? I'll need your assistance to help [tell the story].'

You have been assigned the task 'Grobb Under Siege'.

The battle for Grobb was a glorious time for our people! Help me to retell the story of how we ejected the trolls and sent them packing.

You can now select what monsters you want to play. You can choose from six 40th level Frogloks: 2 Warriors, 1 Paladin, 1 Wizard, 1 Cleric, and 1 Shaman.

You say, 'Tell the story?'

Kor Fibbilus says, 'My companions and I had just broken past the troll's outer defenses and entered their city. After we got our bearings we . . .'

You have entered Grobb: Under Siege.

Kor Fibbilus is located at the zone-in and will port you out if you ask him.

You say, 'Hail, Kor Fibbilus'

Kor Fibbilus says 'We've broken past the outer posts and invaded Grobb. Our forces are poised to take over the town. Onward, to victory!' He looks at you quizzically and sighs, 'Are you bored with my story already? Very well. Let me know if you wish to [leave].''

Slay the bashers 0/12 (Grobb)

There are bashers located all throughout the city.

Defeat Carver Cagrek 0/1 (Grobb)

Defeat Hulkulk 0/1 (Grobb)

Defeat Ranjor 0/1 (Grobb)

Don't let the "invading frogloks" get the kill shot on these named mobs. If you do, they will not count (thus failing the mission).

Speak to the distressed froglok prisoner 0/1 (Grobb)

Speak to the anxious froglok prisoner 0/1 (Grobb)

Speak to the nervious froglok prisoner 0/1 (Grobb)

Deposit the mosquito eggs near Gunthak's bench 0/1 (Grobb)

The Gunthak bench is to the right of the warrior guild.

Deposit the mosquito eggs near the exit to Innothule 0/1 (Grobb)

Deposit the mosquito eggs in the Berserker's Guild 0/1 (Grobb)

The berserker guild is in the 1st cave to the left of the warrior guild.

Meet Kor Fibbilus at the entrance 0/1 (Grobb)

(Additional dialogues needed.)

Upon completion, receive either a Timeworn Meat Tenderizer or a Timeworn Gridle of Grobb.

There is a limit to how many times you can die on this monster mission. Think it is twice each.
What about the other 3 classes

Have Paladins, Shadowknights, and Berserkers not done this monster mission yet? I don't see a reward listed for these 3 classes. Could just be typical SOE bending us over again.

Since AA exp was changed, winning this mission at 100% AA exp gives two full AAs (at lvl 63/64).

Gunthak's Bench, for those not too familiar with Grobb, is the bar with Zatok to the east of the Warrior guildmaster.

Careful, as if an 'invading froglok' gets the kill shot on a named - regardless of the total damage - you will not get credit and thus the mission will fail.

Wow. This is an easy Monster Mission. As Groobab indicated, 2 warriors and a shaman are all that is necessary. Even a threesome can handle multiple bashers but I'd try not to attract more than two.

Be careful at the beginning. The bashers have a pretty large agro radius. There is a basher hidden off to the left as your looking in from zone line. You could possibly overpull.

Also, I'd like to note that it appears you are only allowed 5 deaths. The mission will end at the fifth death.

Not North
# Dec 08 2006 at 12:11 PM Rating: Decent
Its not North of PoK book, its south. A few feet away.

Btw,this is easilly done with just 3. Cleric isnt really needed. I recommend shaman and 2 warriors if you're 3. All you need here is DPS and slow.

about the mosquito eggs...1 at berzerkers guild, its on the 1st cave to the left of the warrior guild. And the Gunthak bench is to the right of the warrior guild.

The name of the frog you have to hail is named Kor Fibbilus not Fubbilus. This is a fairly easy mission and the xp is comparable to the Dain missions. Also there is a second reward for caster classes. Timeworn Gridle of Grobb. At level 68 this turns into Gargh's Gridle of Grobb (AC 15, +9 to stats, 115 hps, 125 mana, +9 to saves).

YAY! My first Addition to Allakhazam. I am so proud. This is a simple and fun MM. Gonna have to clean my log and go again sometime to add all the dialog.
