Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs says 'I can give you a test of your tradeskill abilities in any of eleven different tradeskills. I can test you on [alchemy], [baking], [brewing], [fletching], [jewelry] making, [poison] making, [pottery], [smithing], spell [research], [tailoring], or [tinkering].' You say, 'Fletching.' She will assign you a task dependent on your skill. The levels appear to be Beginner (50-99), Apprentice (100-149), Freshman (150-199), Journeyman (200-249), Expert (250-299), Master (300). When you take these bags to Jolum in the Bazaar, you get an Essence, and can combine the Essence in a fletching kit to get a permanent weight-reducing bag specific to fletching. I completed the quest by turning in only 2 of each arrow type and 2 of the javelin shafts. She gave me back the extras (I had given her 4) and my quest updated. You still have to make 10 of each arrow and 4 of the javelin shafts.
Easy quest, just do a "find" for Imildu Woodstreak in Abysmal Sea and buy (cheaply!) all of the necessary ingredients. Vendors in PoK don't sell the materials for the bow.

Actually, vendors in PoK DO sell the necessary items for the bow. The vendor on the bottom floor of the building between the GL and Bazaar sells the Hickory staff and the silk string. If you were at the guy on the second level, you were at the wrong vendor. He also sells the Elm bow staff needed for the Longflight shafts

I followed the steps as outlined but never got the list of items to make. I had the list of what i needed from the listing of the quest on eqtraders.com and followed it to get my beginners trophy anyway but it was weird not to see the list in the chat nor in the quest journal. Has anyone else had this problem?

Could never find Event Coordinator Baublie Diggs, Looked in the second camp outside of WF but it was empty
