The hides drop at 100%, until someone gets a task update, then they drop at 0%. Camping on the character that completed the hides did not fix the issue. Camping on the character that still needs the hides made them start dropping again.

The cave bears can be found in a hidden cave. The cave entrance is at -132, -2119, -104. Just past the alligator pond and near the water wheel.

The quest dialog now says bears, not cave bears. You can get quest credits killing bear cubs, but as far as I can tell, they don't seem to drop the quest item required.

The level say he's 10-15 but I got this quest at 9.
Edit: I attempted to get the other 2 but was told I am not the right level for this task.

The 'What a Croc!' task reward is showing as Potion of Minor Quickening.
The 'No Skin Off Your Back' task reward is the Bezuth's Crocskin Tunic.
Looks like the rewards are reversed for these two tasks.
