Scout Vreshnar #1: Sticky Situation

This task is the first in a series of five. It's given by Scout Vreshnar may be found at /loc -220, -1710 (a little ways north of the narrow valley that leads to the bixie area in the Blightfire Moors).
You say, 'Hail, Scout Vreshnar' Scout Vreshnar says 'Gah! Don't sneak up on someone like that. You could give them a heart attack! Forgive me, but I am a bit preoccupied. We may have a rather [sticky] situation on our hands.' You say, 'Sticky?' Scout Vreshnar says 'Well, we have an agent in the field and it seems, um.. well, honestly we lost [track] of him.' You say, 'Lost track?' Scout Vreshnar says 'I know, I know. How do you lose track of an agent? Well, you see, we heard rumor that the bixies of Stone Hive have been planning an attack on Crescent Reach. Something like that could prove quite devastating for our fledgling city! In any case, we sent in a scout to search for clues and now, well, we haven't heard word in several weeks and I [fear] he may have been killed.' You say, 'Fear?' Scout Vreshnar says 'Me afraid? No! Of course not! Oh, I see. Hum, well I took the time to write out a message for him but I haven't found a good [agent] to send in to give it to him, if he is still alive . . .' You say, 'I am a good agent.' Scout Vreshnar looks you up and down. 'You might do at that! Would you be up for a [jaunt] into the hive?' You say, 'I will take a jaunt into the hive.' Scout Vreshnar says 'Really? Oh, er, I mean fantastic! His name is Neauza. Please find him and deliver the message!' You have been assigned the task 'Sticky Situation'. You receive a Note to Neauza. Deliver the note to Scout Neauza in Stone Hive 0/1 (Stone Hive) Head to the Stone Hive and find Scout Neauza at /loc 190, -80, 40 (on the first floor of the hive). He does not respond to hails. Hand him the note: Scout Neauza appears to be held under some sort of bixie enchantment. Search the area nearby for bixie enthrallers who may have a clue to his present state. At this point, you are automatically assigned the next task in the series: You have been assigned the task 'The Saving Salve'. You gain experience!! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Dropped the quest at step 5. returned to scout to request it again and it restarts at step 1. Dont think that is right?
Neauza is located inside the massive castle-like structure inside the Stone Hive zone. If you go in the front door take an immidiate Right, then a Left. This will lead you into the main staircase room, follow the wall around to your right as soon as you enter this room and go into the immidiate next room on your right. Neauza will be in here with 2 aggressive Bixie Guards

found him at +190, -80, +40
not sure if original loc is wrong or if he can pop in different rooms.

Just in case there is any confusion ...Scout Neauza's loc is (approx.) correct as listed above, and on the first floor as the 40 would indicate.

neauza is not at that LOC in the hive. unless, is he upstairs 1 floor or something? my invisibility ran out before i could look
