Ah, sorry, I didn't mean to be so [depressing].' You say, 'What business?' Merchant Makesn brightens up a bit, 'Ah, thank you for changing the subject. All manner of folk travel through here on their way to and from Crescent Reach and the wilds beyond. I've heard stories of things you wouldn't believe - like a Bixie farm off to the east, abuzz with activity. It makes you [think]. . .' You say, 'Think?' Merchant Makesn says 'If I had some of their raw golden honey I bet it would sell for a shiny silver. Are you thinking what I'm thinking, ______? I'll make it worth your while if you bring back some honey for my store. It's a win - win situation.' You have been assigned the task 'A Taste for Honey'. Merchant Makesn has heard that the Bixies produce vast quantities of a fabulous tasting honey and wants some to see if it could be a viable product for her store. Collect 6 Globs of Raw Honey 0/6 - Blightfire Moors Head to the Bixie Farm in the southeastern part of Blightfire Moors. Once there kill any of the Bixies in the area until you loot 6 x Glob of Raw Honey. Deliver 6 Globs of Raw Honey to Merchant Makesn 0/6 - Blightfire Moors Upon hand-in of the sixth glob: Makesn dips two fingers into the honey, bringing up a flowing golden river of pure delight. She beams a smile at you as she recognizes the potential in selling this. After a brief hug, she hands you your reward and cheerfully bids you well. You gain experience!! yes they stack to 20. they do not sell to vendors and can NOT be prelooted. thus the comment on 6 per trip....

This must have been changed since your post. I have the honey stacking just fine. I am not sure how many can stack, but I am up to 14. I assume the standard 20. I have not attempted to sell it to a vendor so the extra vials may have been looted for nothing. I have also had (2) honey vials drop from one warrior.

This is a fine quest because it rewards free food - However, you cannot loot the honey in bulk. You have to travel back and forth per 6 honey. There is no gathering of stacks of honey for the day and return to trade in before logging. This is its flaw, and thus I would rather not have its valuable quest slot occupied by this.
