I was able to shroud down from 95 to 60 and request these tasks.
I made sure to be shrouded during the final hail.

Laurentiu fears the Dromrek are becoming too plentiful and powerful. While they have not raided the satyr in some time, they do kill Laurentiu's scouts. He has asked that you go to the north of the mesa to thin their numbers. Do so and return to Laurentiu in the satyr camp. And if you should like to learn more about the Dromrek, Scout Madu to the south may offer information.

Attempted w/ my 62 Pally, wouldn't give any quests. Assuming under 60 only.
As a lvl 56 warrior ogre with amicable faction I got this quest. It gives you faction to that camp, and the dryads, as well as a blue of exp at 56.
