Find Sorin in Goru'kar Mesa near location -660, 1025, in the big tent.
You say, 'Hail, Sorin' Sorin says 'Hail and well met. What are you doing in our fine [encampment]?' You say, 'Your encampment..' Sorin says 'Ah this. Well, we decided that this area was a bit too dangerous and we had to get over our solitary ways. We banded together for our common good. Well, common until [Devan] got that thorn in his hoof.' You say, 'Who is Devan?' Sorin says 'Well, Devan is leader of the [Tuffein]. But do we really need to talk about them? Maybe instead you would like to help me bring some [humor] into their dour lives.' You say, 'Tell me about the Tuffein' Sorin says 'That is a sad story. Their way just cannot be right. It cannot be right to [capture] Drakkin and send them to [Dyn`leth].' You say, 'Who is Dyn`leth?' Sorin says 'I am not exactly sure who he is, but he seems to have great interest in the Drakkin. He sent someone called Ambassador Dan`mot to convince us to help him [capture] drakkin.' You say, 'Capture the drakkin?' Sorin says 'Yes. Ambassador Dan`mot came to us to represent [Dyn`leth]. He tried to convince us that the drakkin were here to invade, and that we should capture them and send them to Dyn`leth. There was already [disagreement] between [Nicoli] and Devan, and when Nicoli decided to refuse the offer, Devan decided to side with Dyn`leth and capture drakkin. A small number of our brothers sided with Devan, implying that we were fools and Dyn`leth would [crush] us.' You say, 'Crush you...?' Sorin says 'Well, while they have not crushed us, we have had some issues. If you have enough experience, Pereteanu may have some information about an attack that is rumored.' You say, 'Who is Nicoli?' Sorin says 'Nicoli is our leader. It is a tough job. I cannot see how he manages to stay as carefree as he does. He is a fine example for us all.' You say, 'Tell me about the disagreement' Sorin says 'It seems that Devan was insulted by a decision that Nicoli had made about who should command the scouts. He would never forget it and started spreading rumors that brought down the spirits of the whole tribe. I think he finally used the decision to not help Dyn`leth as a chance to break off from the tribe. Devan left, with a small band of our brothers, of his own accord. It left Nicoli sad for a full day.' You say, 'How can I help humor them?' Sorin says 'They take themselves too seriously. So we like to tweak their tails from time to time. Why don't you help us [show them] humor again.' You say, 'I'll show them' Sorin says 'You seem a bit experienced to take on such a task, but you are still welcome at it! I may have a few tasks for you to go tweak their tails.' Among the tasks you can choose from is To Dull the Edge. You have been assigned the task 'To Dull the Edge'. Raid the Tuffein weapon stores. Make your way to the Tuffein camp 0/1 Goru'kar Mesa Destroy as many Tuffein weapons as you can find! 0/5 Goru`kar Mesa Return to Sorin Reward(s): You gain experience!! If you attack the weapon racks from the hills behind the tents and keep enough distance, you can avoid aggro from the tuffiens. Also, it seems like whoever gets the kill shot gets the credit for their quest.

Some locations...
To update the "Make your way to the camp" part: Enter camp (invis) at -1579, -897 and quest is updated
I didn't get the locations for all barrels, but they are with the tents on the right - in between the tents: -1566, -1091; -1445, -1210; And with the tents on the left: -1214, -952.
There are weapon racks with the tents on the left side (when you enter the camp) at -1112, -1138 and more. You can see them outside the tent (there are some inside). They aren't easy to "kill", it takes a bit of time. Lots of mobs around.
The hint of having your necro pet destroying a rack is a good hint. It worked for me after being killed first trying it myself. Using the pet is less dangerous.
A nice surprise was that the first rack was destroyed (killed) and the quest was updated 3x as it destroyed 3 weapons in the collection. So that's not bad!

There is one hut with a weapons rack in it. If you can get into the hut without attracting attention, you should be fine. Just hit the rack until it breaks, then wait about 2-5 minutes for it to repop. Break it again, and the task stage is completed.
The Tuffien medics heal and also cast creeping crud, so its best to avoid them or have a healer or healing potion. They have a wide aggro range, as do all the Turrein.

Your task will update once you have entered the Tuffien camp.
You will be instructed to destroy 5 weapons (I don't recall the exact wording)
On the north side of the camp you will find, next to some of the huts, what look like weapons racks. I found 3 of them.
Target them and kill them like you would any mob. Once destroyed you will recieve credit for anywhere from 1 to 3 weapons being destroyed.
Destroying the weapons will usually attract the attention of a tuffien guard and you will have to kill him also.
Once you have credit for 5 (or maybe 6) weapons return to Sorin to finish the quest.
No reward other than xp.
