Find Tudor in Goru'kar Mesa near location -660, 1025 (due west of the Windwillow area, across the river).
You say, 'Hail, Tudor' Tudor says 'Wash. Oh... hello. Wash you want? You can't have my [drink], it is jush for me!' You say, 'What drink?' Tudor says 'Thish drink! What are you [blind]? Thish one!' You say, 'No, I am not blind...' Tudor says 'Oh! It ish [empty]. Empty. How tragic!' You say, 'Empty?' Tudor says 'You look like you can [help] me.' You say, 'I'll help you' Tudor says 'Liviu over there will make mesh more drinksh. I jesh need you to go get [supplies]' You say, 'What supplies?' Tudor says 'When you get the shuplies, eitser make the drink yourshelf in a brewsh barrel, or give it cho Liviu over there an hesh will make the drinksh for me.' Among the tasks you can choose from is Tudor's Beer. You have been assigned the task 'Tudor's Beer'. Tudor needs you to gather a few supplies for him so that he can partake in more fine ale and spirits with you. Once you have the supplies requested, combine them in the distillery or hand them to Liviu and he will take care of it for you! Malt and hops can be purchased from brewing merchants. Brewmaster Ishaq in Crescent Reach should have some. Swim in the stream to the southeast to collect fresh Mesa streamwater. Cross the bridge to the southeast across the stream and search the grassy area for indigenous Mesa yeast. Gather a flask of Fresh Mesa Streamwater 0/1 (Goru'Kar Mesa) The task updates at -1244, 522 (side of the river, southeast of Tudor's camp. The item appears on your cursor. Gather some Malt 0/1 (Goru'Kar Mesa) Gather some Hops 0/1 (Goru'Kar Mesa) These can be bought from Liviu, next to Tudor. Gather some Indigenous Mesa Yeast 0/1 (Goru'Kar Mesa) Combine the items together to create Liviu's Dark Stout. 0/1 (Goru'Kar Mesa) This is a Brewing combine (Trivial 172). If you don't have a high enough Brewing skill, you can hand in the task items to Liviu in exchange for the required item. Deliver 1 Liviu's Dark Stout to Tudor 0/1 (Goru'Kar Mesa) Tudor says, 'Thish ish shum good beer. Yoush can always get more for me ish you want. These can all be bought from Liviu in the Mesa. He is next to Tudor.

"(turn-in dialogue needed)" not possible, Liviu doesn't react when hailing him, and it's not needed also, just give him the ingredients and you get the beer.

If you do not have the brewing skill required to combine the items yourself, you can hand them to Liviu, who will create the combine for you. Hope that helps.

ok how about when you post stuff mabey put in useful info like the trive of the combine and whether you have to delete quest and start over on a fail ?

You get faction with the minhoten and the nympys, and lose faction with the tuffain. This is probably spammable for faction.

I gathered the ingredients easy enough , once I figured out I needed to go buy the hops and malt ( kept waiting for them to appear on my cursor too, but they dont ). I tried to make the beer and failed the combine and I am not getting any more of the Streamwater or Yeast. Anyone know if I have to delete the task and start over now? The instructions say to make the beer using trade skills, does that part update if you hand the ingredients to Liviu?

I bought the hops and malt from Liviu. As I headed back to the dryads, I swam the river and found the Fresh Mesa Streamwater: It appeared on my cursor. Ditto the Indegenous Mesa Yeast: It was found near the entrance to the Dryad area. Approximately: -1408, 7.5
Step 5: Combine the items together to create Liviu's Dark Stout.
Step 6: Deliver 1 Liviu's Dark Stout to Tudor.
