You say, 'Hail, Ordunn the Miner' Ordunn the Miner says 'Hail and well met, adventurer. What can [Ordunn] do for ye?' You say, 'Ordunn?' Ordunn the Miner says 'Aye, a miner by trade I am. Working happily in de mines south of us I was. . .til the blasted [gnolls] decided they wanted all of me ore for demselves that is!' You say, 'What gnolls?' Ordunn the Miner says 'Aye, I swear those Mucktails are the worst gnolls I've ever been sorry enough to come across, yes sir! But perhaps you can turn me tragedy into a blessing? Ya see, as I was making my. . .uh. . .strategic retreat, I noticed one of dem carrying a pick with a right peculiar head. Now I am wondering if it might be [true] or if me eyes were deceiving me.' You say, 'True?' You have been assigned the task 'The Golden Pick I'. Ordunn the Miner says 'Aye. . .there be rumors of a golden pick that can lead its owner to the richest veins of ore. Why I bet that gnoll doesn't even have a clue as to what he might have in his hands! Head on south to dere mines and see if you be finding all of the pieces of dis pick.' Head to the Gnoll Mines and see if you can find the parts to the Golden Pick Ordunn has spoken to you about. Explore the area in front of the first Mucktail Mine 0/1 - Blightfire Moors Task updated at /loc -1855.18, 2911.05, -41.85. Explore the area in front of the second Mucktail Mine 0/1 - Blightfire Moors Task updated at /loc -1955.34, 2052.63, -32.40. Explore the area in front of the third Mucktail Mine 0/1 - Blightfire Moors Task updated at /loc -1920.01, 1653.73, -46.23. Kill 10 Gnoll Rock Breakers 0/10 - Blightfire Moors In the same area kill 10 "a Mucktail rock breaker" to update the task. One of the Rock Breakers must have the pick head 0/1 - Blightfire Moors Kill "a Mucktail rock breaker" until you loot "Tarnished Golden Pickhead." Some of the Rock Breakers must have the broken haft parts 0/3 - Blightfire Moors Kill "a Mucktail rock breaker" until you have looted 3 "Part of a Broken Pick Haft." Bring the pick head back to Ordunn 0/1 - Blightfire Moors Turn the "Tarnished Golden Pickhead" into Ordunn the Miner. Give the pieces of the haft to Ordunn 0/3 - Blightfire Moors Turn the 3 "Part of a Broken Pick Haft" into Ordunn the Miner. After handing in the last item, you will see: You hand over the broken pieces of what was once the Golden pick. Ordunn at first looks a bit saddened by the condition of them. not sure if they changed it since the last time this quest was updated but it is not repeatable. i finished all three quests to get the mana preservation belt. afterwards i tried to rerun the quest to get the improved damage wrist item. ordun will not respond to me when i "true?" to get the quests. so be aware that you will have to choose between the items for what you would rather want out of them. you also do not keep the pick at the end of the third quest. i never turned it in but it disappeared immediatly from my inventory when i did final turn in of ore

Even tho it says quests 20-25 above the npc's head I got this quest as lvl 19

Minimum level to get this quest is even more malleable than that. I'm only 18 now and I got this quest tonight a couple hours ago. I might even have been level 16 at the time.

This task is actually repeatable. It's The Golden Pick II and The Golden Pick III that arent repeatable. Can't really see why they would make part 1 repeatable when you can't finish this to get the reward at the end of part 3.
