Breath of Draton'ra #1: Strengthening the Blood

This task unlocks after completing Vakk`dra's Shadow.
All dragons give the same quests. Every five levels you may obtain the task to receive the next level of innate breath, up to level 75. You say, 'Hail, Draton`ra, Master of the Void' Draton`ra, Master of the Void says 'You are wise to address me formally. I will tolerate nothing less than the greatest respect, even from one of my own brood. Whether you come to me willingly or not, you must commit to my ways or you will meet your death. You will be a shining example as my offspring or you will suffer -- oh yes, you will. If you dare and are prepared, you can admit to me that you are [committed].' You say, 'I am committed.' Draton`ra, Master of the Void says 'Step closer, ______. You would be wise to be afraid. I could melt your skin in the blink of one of your serpentine eyes. If you don't already, I will have you relishing the death of your enemies no matter what form they take. I command you to go to the Hollow and kill The Hollows Widow. Should you surpass my expectations and live through this task, I will grant you a rare power.' You have been assigned the task 'Strengthening the Blood'. Collect one Hollows Widow Poison Sac - Crescent Reach The sac drops from The Hollows Widow (yellow /con to level 6). --You have looted a Hollows Widow Poison Sac.-- Your task 'Strengthening the Blood' has been updated. Deliver one Hollows Widow Poison Sac to Draton`ra, Master of the Void. - Crescent Reach Upon turning it in: Your task 'Strengthening the Blood' has been updated. The magic within your blood has strengthened and you have gained a new ability. You can find this new ability in the General section of the Alternate Advancement Window. You have gained the ability "Breath of Draton'ra" at a cost of 0 ability points. Draton`ra, Master of the Void says 'You have performed adequately. the quests are all the same, but like posted, mysaphar gives an ice debuff breath skill, not disease like posted.

8th rank is poisonmaker Malaize in stonehive, cons red to level 40 necro, placeholder is A Bixie poisonmaker
seventh rank of the innate breath AA involves stone hive. need to kill Enchanted Shubbery north of the hive, yellow con to lvl 35 and loot enchanted vines.

The 30 lvl breath weapon is duskfall, he is located in the NE corner of B.moor, he spawns with the ghost wolves near that area.

Each of the 6 drakkin bloodlines, has a corosponding councilman to get thier task from, after doing thier task you can speak to YOUR proginator for your breath quests. You can do ALL 6 council tasks, and you will still be able to speak with ONLY YOUR dragon. and as for the info of the quest above, the quest text itself is different for each bloodline, but the items required will be the same. this info is correct for the Black line.
so far the quests are as follows.
lvl 5 = The Hollows Widow
( random spawn on the bear / puma side of the river, havnt discovered a 'trigger' or PH yet, other than killing mass quantities of mobs and waiting. will be the ONLY spider on that side of river )
lvl 10 = Charbone
( named skell on the 3rd floor, south 'room' where the dusty bones skells are found, spawns dead center of the little 'platform' *looks only about 1 inch high, but is noticably different than the rest of the floor* )
lvl 15 = Bloodmaw
( named bear in the back room of the bear cave, right in the middle. Seems to usually be up, but may have another bear as a PH )
lvl 20 = Plaguebringer
( named giant rat, and i mean GIANT. This thing is about 4 times the size of the other rats in the area, and seems to spawn from any of the rats, snakes, or wisps. I have seen him in many places, next to sign post, near outpost, and as far south as near gnoll mines at normal rat spawn )
lvl 25 = Dragoneater
( named sporili at the dragon corpse north of the outpost in the moors. ive killed many but have seen him only spawn in 1 place each time ive seen him, the southmost spawn next to the road. )
thats as far as i have gotten. just hit 30, and about to go for lvl 30 breath quest. wish me luck.
OH, and for the guy saying you should delete your char if you dont know your bloodline, just open inventory, click on Face, and your Heritage is listed there below your name.. of course just rememebring what color you made your tattoos would be the first option.

I'm guessing this quest series is only available to drakkin? I can't seem to get it on iksar SK, and yes that's after completing "Vakk'dra's Shadow" and Vakk'dra telling me to speak to Draton'ra.
Of course it for Drakkin only. I don't see any Iksars with a Breath Weapon.

Though I completed the quest Vakk`dra's Shadow, Draton'ra tells me "I will not tolerate drakkin who do not walk in shadow." How can I get the quest?
First you should do the Getting to Know You Quests (The City Charter & The Council's Aid) so you recieve the Cerimonial Crystalwing Cape. Next approach the council member with robes matching the color of your tatoos (this is the color of your dragon parenthood). Complete the council member's task and he will tell you when you are ready to meet your dragon and then you may complete the tasks and get your rewards. Once each is completed and awarded you simply look under alt-skills - special and its located there. You can create a hot button so you can use it.
do the quest for the appropriate drakkin councilman, then speak to your progenitor.
if you dont know who your progenitor is, or who the councilman you're supposed to talk to is, its time you delete your character and recreate.

no need to delete your char just type /face and look at your markingd the color is your progenitor's color. the council member with thet color is the 1 you need to do tasks for and dragon is that color too.

i was actually referring more to the point that if you dont know your heritage, you didnt care enough when you were making your character to make it YOUR character.
if everyone had that attitude, we could just tell Sony to erase all but 1 face, hair, hair color, etc on all models. cookie cutter characters for the win!

Actually, you were being a jerk, and it came across as intended. ;)
Some may be having the same problem I've encountered, or something similar. I am 3-boxing on one PC and from my drakkin chanter's point of view there are 2 black councilmembers, 2 green, 1 white and 1 blue. Unfortunately, none of these match my two drakkin toons; my chanter is yellow and mage is red! On closer inspection, one of the black-haired councilmen (Ithakis) has visibly red markings on his face, which takes care of my mage. The two "green" councilmen, however, appear to have green markings as well.
I ended up running my 3rd characted in for a visual inspection, which revealed the gold councilmember, Myjinn. In hindsight, I could have hailed and followed the dialogue to clarify which was which. For others with similar problems:

There are so many variables in this game, be nice when people have questions. What seems obvious to you may be well-hidden from another.
Some may be having the same problem I've encountered, or something similar. I am 3-boxing on one PC and from my drakkin chanter's point of view there are 2 black councilmembers, 2 green, 1 white and 1 blue. Unfortunately, none of these match my two drakkin toons; my chanter is yellow and mage is red! On closer inspection, one of the black-haired councilmen (Ithakis) has visibly red markings on his face, which takes care of my mage. The two "green" councilmen, however, appear to have green markings as well.
I ended up running my 3rd characted in for a visual inspection, which revealed the gold councilmember, Myjinn. In hindsight, I could have hailed and followed the dialogue to clarify which was which. For others with similar problems:

I still wish sony would just leave everyone as permanent stick figures.
