Rotwood #3: Molderahn

This task is the third in a series of three. It begins with Roanoak in Blightfire Moors (at the druid ring), and is repeatable after completing the series.
After completing the previous task: Roanoak says, 'Well done, my friend. That will curb the rotwood spore infections! Now, the time has come to battle the [sporali] responsible for this mess! You say, 'I am ready to battle the sporali' Roanoak says 'The sporali are mushroom creatures! They migrated over the ridge from Runnyeye, carrying the rotwood spore with them. _____, you must help me. My roots run too deep to leave this grove. I will need your help to exact my vengeance on the sporali.' You have been assigned the task 'Rotwood: Molderahn' You have to kill 3 Sporali Warriors, 3 Sporali Elders and then Molderahn. Head back to the field you were just killing the Sporali Farmers in and along the wall you will find the cave in which the sporalis can be found. Once you have killed them, head back to Roanoak to get your final reward. You say, 'Hail, Roanoak' Your task 'Rotwood: Molderahn' has been updated. Roanoak says, 'Look! Look! My spring leaves have returned! The rotwood infection has been routed from the lands. Well done, my friend. Take this and farewell. May your roots grow deep and strong!' Your faction standing with Nymphs of the Windwillow got better. Your faction standing with Minohten got better. Your faction standing with Nymphs of the Darkwater got worse. You gain experience!! It"s like an updated wurmslayer bit only cooler! And not 1hs!!!
Was halfway through the second part of the quest when I decided to look what the finale loot would be. Unfortunately I am SK and will not be able to use the weapon. As fun as the quest is and the xp is great, I was hoping for some kind of upgrade of the weapon I have right now. Is there anything close to this kind of quest for a weapon that might be able to be used by melee or tanks other than the Golden Pick? I have been looking for one but cannot find anything close.

Why oh why do sony do this to us .. this staff has all the right stats for casters .. str / sta and wis/int + mana .. and its a bash ... but we cant use it .. what a waste of time doing this .... okay it was a fub quest and xp was good but why make this restricted classes
Yeah! I was all excited to get this for my wizzy, then once I earned it I found out I couldn't use it. Ah well, it took me less than 10 minutes, and I got some XP out of the deal.
You guys may be more interested in doing the quest A Dark Heart, which is a much easier quest to complete for lower levels and has the reward:
