 This is the third of four tasks in a series of four.

Find Warwing Wendlez, located at -520, -265. At the end of the previous task, Warwing said:

Warwing Wendlez says 'Most interesting. They are nearly.. gibberish. It seems our Bixies are more caught up in the idea of war than any idea of whom they want to war upon or for what purpose! I fear this may be some form of misdirection, wouldn't you say? They must have some true agenda we are just not seeing! I don't believe I can do this alone, friends. The time may be upon us to increase our [numbers].'

You say, 'The numbers?'

Warwing Wendlez says 'Yes, we must get you disguised as well. A rather arduous task I'm afraid. It requires many [components] to escape notice around here!'

Deliver 1 intact Stone Hive Insignia to Warwing Wendiez 0/1 Stone Hive

Warwing Wendlez says 'That should do nicely! When you are ready, [suit up] so you will be able to approach the queen's chambers without arousing suspicion. We can make no mistakes, the safety of Crescent Reach lays on our very shoulders! You must [destroy] the Queen.'
You gain experience!!

This leads in to the final task in the series.

It seems you no longer have to loot the items while you have the quest (i.e., the items are prelootable) as the "Loot 1 intact..." components are no longer listed in the Quest Journal.

Correct, the 5 loot steps are no longer listed in the task. Only the 5 deliver tasks are necessary.
