There is only one vendor with all the requested supplies (Val) and turning them in results in her handing them back.
I also tried variations using the leaf, sprig, etc. versions of the ingredients. No luck.

isn't this just the old way of making gate potions? (now changed with new potion recipes)

I am trying the quest tonight.
Danala Valith is located with the Shaman spell merchants ( Scribe Shiara is one of them.)(loc +134 +116 -248 )

At this time, I believe that it is a timed response. I waited for 20 minutes and she handed all item back stating she did not need these items. Due to her saying "See you soon I need to relax!" , I believe you must come back. I am camping out and will bring Bangle back up later to test it.

I tried giving her the 3 ingredients, she told me she didn't have any use for them, and gave them back. I tried combining them in my foldable reinforced medicine bag, and it said I can't combine these items in this container type. So I'm guessing I need to get the new medicine bag.
