Swirling Bloodspirit spawns randomly after killing a number of mobs in the Demi-Plane of Blood.
A rush of wind blows through the Demi-Plane of Blood, announcing the presence of the Swirling Bloodspirit. Swirling Bloodspirit may be found in the lower half of the drachnid tunnels. It hits for ~4500, flurries, and procs Orc Frenzy. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

Would Maggotmiser have to be killed in order for this guy to spawn or is it purely random which aug mob spawns at any given point? Been killing in Demi for a while and only aug mob that we seem to have gotten to spawn is just Maggotmiser.

Best way to explain it is there's a 4-way intersection at which you turn right to click in to Hatchet. If you keep going straight instead, he's in the passage a very short way beyond the intersection.
