After talking to Drakis Bloodcaster, you talk to Dugaas Helpyre to get this. You need a Gorgon's Head, Aged Nectar, Glowing Black Pearl and Efreeti's Great Staff.

just a thought, i at lvl 54 have more then enough in int to equip this item,the fact that it has a stun for effect is very nice

Why would any one who's Necro has reached a high enough Lvl to do this quest Want this item. It has great Stat's but the fact that it's 2h blunt means that it ties up both your primary and secondary weapon slots. I'd much rather have the flexabilty to equip 2 items in my Necro's hands , I can easly find 2 items that will give him better Stats in cobination then this one item. Necro's don't take hits well so At the higher Lvl's melee combat is a last resort, by the time I reach for a melee weapon I've exhusted all my mana, at that point when I equiped it the stats would do me no good

you have to think about kewlness factor dude,, if your 50+ you damn well better have good equip so that it wouldnt matter whats in you hands ,, i use a 50hp/mana 5 mr book and hotr because i can, its a fun item,, havent you ever gotten that draco staff and put on a jumpalot rome and went at the ghoul lord in l guk?? its a lot of fun, even if u end up with a net of 50 mele dmg
the stats aint that bad either,, gives u plenty of int and stuff

the aged nectar dropped off of one of those damn beez on isle 6 , the bzzzazzt or whatever they are called
