    In order to request this expedition, you must have completed the Becoming the Vessel task (for Razorthorn access) and have looted three Legendary Berserker Bones (one from Devastation minis, one from Titanothon, and one from Sverag bosses). If that is done, Oathmir the Outcast will offer you this task.

    Oathmir the Outcast says 'I [feel disconnected] from Her and without my rage and my desire I have nothing. I feel that you have a connection to Her or to Her rage. Perhaps you can enter Her tower and discover the source of the wrongness coming from Her home, find a way to [fix whatever is wrong]. Of course as powerful as you may be, you should not attempt to enter Her sancutary without a great force behind you.'

    You say, 'We will fix whatever is wrong'

    An expedition for Razorthorn, Tower of Sullon Zek opens -- a raid capped at 54 players.



    Enter Razorthorn through Sverag, Stronghold of Rage. Battle your way up the tower, clearing the werewolves, evil eyes, and raging spirits. Be advised that trash mobs in this zone have special abilities, whether AE spells, AE rampage, charm, or FD procs.

    You'll encounter Ghost and Snowtail, the Guardians of Razorthorn, as well as Sullon Zek. All three have their own 5-day lockout.



    Ghost

    Ghost, Guardian of Razorthorn, hits for a max ~4,500; flurries; and enrages. Every 15% from 90% down, it summons a wave of five adds: 3x "a raging werewolf destroyer" (hits for ~2200; enrages; may flurry or single-target rampage) and 2x "a raging werewolf vindicator" (hits for ~2200; enrages; one will flurry; one will AE rampage for full damage).

    Ghost also has a significant damage shield (both spell and melee):

    Ghost's Guarding Aura: Single Target, Unresistable (0)
    2: Spell-Damage Shield(-1000)
    3: Increase Damage Shield by 225

    It also casts "Ghost's Vengeance" on random people:

    Snowtail

    Snowtail, Guardian of Razorthorn, hits for a max ~4,500; single-target rampages; and enrages. It casts a charm on 3-5 random people every 90 seconds (giving them "Snowtail's Rage Strike" proc in the process):

    2: Add Proc: Snowtail's Rage Strike rate mod 100
    3: Decrease Mana by 350 per tick
    4: Decrease Endurance by 350 per tick

    7: Increase Curse Counter by 45
    8: Decrease All Resists by 1000

    Snowtail's Rage Strike: PB AE 75', Chromatic (-500)
    2: Decrease HP when cast by 2500
    3: Decrease Hitpoints by 1500 per tick
    4: Stun(0.25 sec)
    5: Increase Disease Counter by 8

    Starting at 90% and every 15% after, waves of 3x "a raging werewolf destroyer" spawn (max hit ~2,200; single-target rampage).



    Sullon Zek

    Sullon Zek is located at the top of the tower. She is tethered and will DT for 5 million damage if pulled past the gate in her room. She hits for a max ~4,500 and single-target rampages.

    Starting at about 87% and then every 12% health after, 4x "a raging beholder" (hit for ~2,200; rampage; flurry; unmezzable; unsnareable) spawn in the hallway leading to her room. They share aggro with Sullon Zek and will hunt you down regardless of your location.

    The spell Sullon's Plague is cast on everyone every three minutes:

    Sullon's Plague: Targeted AE 125', Chromatic (-500)
    1: Decrease Spell Haste by 99%
    2: Decrease Attack Speed by 99%
    3: Decrease HP when cast by 4000
    4: Unknown #358 (100/-1500/0)
    5: Decrease Endurance by 1200
    6: Increase Disease Counter by 18

    One of the three spells: "Sullon's Ferocity" or "Sullon's Vengeance" or "Sullon's Wrath" are cast on four random people every 90 seconds. These spells are VIRAL. After about 10 seconds, those who are inflicted with these spells will AE the same effect on all those around them (the range is large - about 300).

    Sullon's Wrath: Single Target, Chromatic (-500)

    Get through the above and kill Sullon Zek:

    Sullon Zek, Mistress of Rage has been slain by _____!
    Your faction standing with Legion of Rage got better.

    Sullon Zek, Mistress of Rage's corpse slumps to the ground, blood streaming from mortal wounds like scarlet ribbons. Her fiery eyes dim as the berserker fury fades to dull embers.

    You receive the flag for this event by going down the trap door in Sullon's room and following the path all the way down to a platform (you'll know it when you see it). You must have the "Shard of Mana" on you to receive the proper flag. It will change into a "Glowing Shard of Mana" - see the Deathknell access quest for more information.

    As of the 5/16/2018 patch update, Sullon Zek will Death Touch her target for over 5 million damage and tether back to her spawn point if pulled past the gate in her room. You must kill her inside her room.

    Incorrect. Sullon stands watch in her chamber from the moment the instance opens.

    Apparently you do still need the bones because I have the enraged flesh charm and he will not give me the mission. We had a full group too.

    You still do need the bones - and you do need to have the Enraged Flesh Charm on your person --- in a bag is fine ---- when you request the task.

    When you have your Enraged Flesh Charm (on you) and hail Oathmir you get the following text:

    Oathmir the Outcast looks you up and down, taking in your weapons and instinctively gauging your ability. He replies in a somber tone. "Hello. You are different than the others outsiders that have come here. You do not come here from the wall, you have somehow come straight from the world." The outcast slowly shakes his head. "And yet I sense a familiar rage in you. I don't believe that you want to become part of the cycle here. Anger released upon others returns tenfold to the giver they say. I have been in [the wall] and I will go there again, though eash time it takes me longer to return, longer to fight my way back. I have been cast from the cycle."

    in order to zone into the instanced zone where sullon zek is, does everyone need the key, enraged flesh charm ? or does only the person requesting instance need it? thanks

    Only the person requesting the raid needs it. The ONLY things needed by everyone for Deathknell are access to Theater of Blood and a drop from one of the 6 minis in that zone.

    This task is given by Oathmir the Outcast in Devastation after you have completed Become the Vessel and turned in all 3 Legendary Berserker Bones. I believe 18 is required to get the task.
