Find the Arena Overseer at +160, +550, -275 in Relic.

You say, 'Hail, Arena Overseer'

Arena Overseer says 'Hello traveler. Have you come to prove yourself or merely watch? You see this arena is used by the various schools to settle their differences. But when not used for this, the various inhabitants use this to try to earn favor from the lords above. If you wish to [challenge] the champions, you simply have to tell me.'

You say, 'I wish to challenge the champions'

Arena Overseer says 'Very well. I have notified the champions of your desire to fight them. Your first fight lies with the Champion of the Sixth circle. Only after you have bested him will you be able to challenge, Hurlinor, he of the Fifth Circle. And so on. Please note that the Champions are not prepared for combat all day. In fact, the top three return to their circles only upon the call of the night. Good luck to you mortal!'

Find Arkon of the Sixth Circle and hail it. To find it: Walk to the three circles in the "arena" area (SW corner). They stand around in one of the three circles.

You say, 'Hail, Arkon of the Sixth Circle'

Arkon of the Sixth Circle says 'Are you brave enough to [challenge] me mortal?'

You say, 'I will challenge you.'

Arkon will aggro. Kill it and move on to the next one.

Do the same with Hurlinor of the Fifth Circle, KaChnt of the Fourth Circle, Lowrin of the Third Circle, Vashlor of the Second Circle, and Kraglin of the First Circle.

Upon killing these six mobs, everyone in your group will be rewarded with a Necklace or Veil of the Champion, depending on your class.

RE:

"Find Arkon of the Sixth Circle (location?) and hail it."

They all spawn and walk to the 3 circles in the "arena" area (SW corner), where they stand around in one of the three circles.

did this today with 2 groups lvl 65 - 76 (12 ppl) ave lvl 71. total cakewalk... we loaded up all sorts of tactics for the sixth, but by the forth it was just beat em down. The mission method hasn't changed as far as hails, but mobs are weak. Casters will not have time to cast, mob will not last long enough to worry about pet push. Didn't even notice the AE go off on the 6th. did it with 1 warr, 1 cleric, and one mage as our main force... Promised renewal wasn't even needed....

Basic math was soul orb (850 hp) = 4-6% and Drain Life (1650 HP)= 13%
so 20k hp or so....

FYI - Mobs leave at 8 am or pm depending on group, and next group pops and starts walking in at 10 am or pm respectively. We finished all 3 mobs of a set in under 10 minutes (DI didn't even wear off) and the mobs respawn and walk back to the platforms in 8 minutes I'd say... just ignore them till they go on shift change unless someone goofs and you need to hit them again for a flag... order of take down still applies tho...

Upon killing the last mob, you go back to overseer and hail for reward.
reward appears on mouse cursor.

Final dialogue - " Congratulations Mortal, here is the prize you endured much for. "

ha ha

Can get reward for raid format

For guilds that are not doing uber kills but want to upgrade, this would be a good event and a quick way to get everyone in a raid an item. Just make sure everyone has the task and is relatively close to the mobs when you are engaging and when that final mob falls, everyone in the raid will receive this item on their cursor.

Note that the only mob that may give an undergeared group or guild trouble is the first mob, Arkon, due to AE fire spell.
Real easy nice reward

OK, I haven't noticed many people with this necklace, not sure if its just cause noone needs it, or just haven't found out about it yet, but anyway, as you see above its a nice neck item, ESPECIALLY nice considering the amount of effort it takes to do this mission.

Its pretty much just like described, you start off with 3 mobs, in 3 different circles, none of the mobs will aggro you without triggering them. You trigger 1 mob at a time so you never have adds, its always a single fight. You trigger them by hailing them and then saying "I will challenge you"....you have approx 3 secs and that mob will attack. As stated before all the mobs with the exception of the final mob are DB, the final mob is even con to lvl 70.

Now as for what you should have as a group....I have no true suggestions because honestly I believe any combination might work, this was way more simpler then I had expected, the group I had was 3 70 mages, 1 70 necro, 1 70 shaman and a 70 cleric, as you see we had 0 tanks, it was all pets, the cleric and shaman I dont think ever needed to heal and it only took us about 30-35 mins total, even with the wait for respawn on the next 3 mobs after we killed the first 3.

Don't know if this will help, but like I said, I haven't seen many people with this item, and as easy as it is, I would think more would have it. Good Luck

The sixth champion (first opponent) does not aggro you but all the others do aggro upon "Challenging" them.

cant rememebr what set for what time, but 3 of the mobs walk in the the circles in the morning(eq time) and leave at night fall. Then the next 3 walk into place and stay till dawn. This repeats and if ur kill 2 and the 3ed starts to walk off you will ahve to wait till it walks back in the next day.

This is a very easy task to do, kill the first 3 circle champions, take a little break and after a few min. 3 more champions show up to fill the 3 now recently vacated circle's.
All were DB to 70 except last champion that was an even con.
All six fell to the onslaught of our 10k Sk hehe.
None of the champions posed any threat even the final champion.

Oh and they didnt agro until attacked.
Didnt notice any summoning.
