After talking to Holwin, you talk to Ton Po to get this. You need an Adumbrate Globe, a Shimmering Opal, and some Dove Slippers.

Need all dialogues, mob /loc's, etc.

The rare drop for this quest is the dove slippers. They are no-drop and come off of the boss of the island full of Aviak look-alikes. If you leave the guardian alive, you can make this guy spawn over and over again until you get the dove slippers.
Not changed in the Shy item upgrade

When charges are used

So, is there no effect after the charges are used. Is it rechargable?
Soulfire actually

Soulfire has 5 charges of complete heal. FA has a proc instead.
Did they make it infinite charges?

Last I heard, these only had 2 charges of Alacrity on them. The image shows just Alacrity without a charge level. Did Verant fix this so they always have Alacrity?

No they did not. Still a fixed amount of charges (2) on the Sandals. Used to be able to be recharged using the Box of the Void. But that was changed after the Paladins were using the same Box to recharge their Fiery Avengers ( I think ). Anyhow instead of nerfing the sword which has 1 charge of Complete Heal. They nerfed the Box of the Void.

Some night "they" should sneak (unannounced, just as a free extra bonus surprise - yeah, I think "we" deserve it!) a patch in, and change all the old items like this to unlimited charges permanently. Wouldn't that be fun, like a treasure hunt through old, now predominately unused content of yore?
[No, not like Fabled, more like a nostalgic update to what would now not be considered over powered, unbalancing or the like.]
