This raid task begins with Cutfang in the Stoneroot Falls (location 1060, -1135 -- northeastern part of the zone). You must have at least six and no more than 54 players in your raid.

You say, 'Hail, Cutfang'

Cutfang says 'The Ragepaw have become too unruly since [Bloodeye] assumed their command. There are those who would see to it that you were well-rewarded to remove them of their leader. Things would go a lot more . . . smoothly.'

You say, 'I'll get rid of Bloodeye!'

Cutfang says 'Good luck to you'

Enter the Snarlstone Dens 0/1 (Undershore)

The zone-in is in the northwestern part of Undershore (north of the zoneline to Stoneroot Falls).

As you zone in...

You feel a powerful anger invade your mind. You are blinded by it as it overwhelms your senses and fills your veins. You get no sense of intellect, but you do feel a sense of purpose. It touches on the curse that now lives in your blood and it bends ignites it (sic). Your blood boils with the power of it for a long, agonizing moment. When the presence passes out of you it leaves you drained and weak.

You are immediately hit by an unresistable spell, Theft of Rage. It cannot be dispelled and lasts 15 minutes. The effect depends on how many bosses in the "curse set" you have encountered:

1st: Decrease Spell Damage by 2%, Decrease ATK by 20
2nd: Decrease Spell Damage by 4%, Decrease ATK by 40
3rd: Decrease Spell Damage by 6%, Decrease ATK by 60
4th: Decrease Spell Damage by 8%, Decrease ATK by 80
5th: Decrease Spell Damage by 10%, Decrease ATK by 100

Note: It's possible to avoid this AE, but it's not known under what exact circumstances you can do so. It may involve flagging for Demiplane or killing events in Demiplane (up to or including Mayong Mistmoore).

Defeat the Ragepaw leader, Bloodeye 0/1 Snarlstone Dens

It is necessary to clear your way through many trash Ragepaw mobs to reach Bloodeye, who can be found at the back of a large cavern in the far North West of the zone. The trash mobs do not respawn.

When Bloodeye is aggroed, a red-con guard will pop on each side of him:

Ragepaw Commander Stonebite
Ragepaw Commander Ironfur

Bloodeye and these two Commander guards are leashed.

Bloodeye hits for a max ~4,500 and casts two spells:

Bloodeye's Bellow: PB AE 300', Magic (-350)
1: Decrease Spell Haste by 60%
2: Decrease HP when cast by 3000 (L1) to 3084 (L85)
3: Decrease Attack Speed by 40%
4: Hitpoints unknown calc: 129 range: 500 -> 0

Bloodeye's Curse: NPC Hatelist 0', Disease (-550)
1: Decrease Stats by 100
2: Increase Curse Counter by 45
3: Improved Spell Effect (Bloodeye's Curse Trigger)

"Bloodeye's Curse" must be cured, otherwise the recipient will receive a deathtouch.

Loot includes 2 runes (first list) + 1 item (second list):

Glowing Shadowspine Rune
Greater Shadowspine Rune

Bracer of Blinding Rage
Gem of Feral Shielding
Stone of Focused Rage
Wristband of Seething Rage

Killing Mayong Mistmoore in Demi-Plane does, in fact, block the blood raid AEs if you have Invitation of Blood 5/5. Unsure if it blocks the AEs with few ranks of the AA..
25 man limit now?

My guild did this last night (we're working through self-imposed progression on Luclin). We had about 35 or so characters in the raid and in the task, but the zone would only allow 25 characters maximum. If someone else tried to zone in, they received an error message. After we beat Bloodeye, all of the characters (including the ones sitting in the guild hall who had been unable to zone in) were credited with the win.

As for the two commanders, we were able to split them off and kill them seperately from Bloodeye himself. Once they were dead we medded up and engaged Bloodeye up top. The biggest thing is to have at least two people with RGC per group, to cure the deathtouch. There simply isn't enough time for 1 healer to cure more than 3 characters. If your healers have Radiant Cure, you can have them try to alternate this, but the death touch effect seems to come often enough that you'll occasionally need to resort to RGC when both characters with RC do not have it up.
Guards

The guards do not spawn next to Bloodeye. After a while of being aggroed, he will do a shout emote and the commanders spawn a ways back up the tunnels and run to his room. You can kite Bloodeye around with a monk or bard to trigger the adds and kill them before engaging the boss.
