The bracelett is Nice! Agree withthe last that im having taht issue now, trying to camp for higher int gear as to free up some other slots for other things like Resists and such.
The crimson tessera drops off the faires on isle one, along with alot of other tessera's for the others quests,
the cape i just read is on 4 but where is the sapphire?

What I want to know is... What drops the Crimson tessera and the Ethereal Sapphire? and what lvl do you need to be? Is it possible to go solo or do you need a full party?
I am a lvl 42 mage and I am considering doing this but after reading the post "crap at this lvl"

I can confirm that the Ethereal Sapphire definitely drops from the Protector of Sky. We got one while hunting here tonight.

Ethereal Saphire supposedly drops of the Protector of Sky, boss mob for the second island. He didn't drop one when I was there though.

No, no, No! You are the final judge whether or not anything's crap or not. Don't take someone else's word about a quest reward. Look at the stats and judge for yourself. Do your research and keep an eye out. I did the Robe of Elements quest in my mid-twenties and it was the most enjoyable yet hair-raising experience I had. I still have the robe and am looking for somebody worthwhile to give it to.

The tesseras drop off the thunder spirits on the first island. Not too hard of a mob at all.

im almost 55 and love my mage =) it is hard grouping though, but its from knockers like him that prob cant controll there pet amidst a mez mob that give us a bad rap =P

Quillmane's cloak is called the Pegasus Feather Cloak, this is feathered cape ... just got mine.. Im happy =)

The Feathered cape is an item that drops in the plane of air. ALL items needed for ALL the quests for the plane of air drop in that zone.

i really hope i have mis-read this. THE feathered cape from quillmane? i spent an ungodly amount of time hunting the cape for my epic, There is no way in hell I'm going to do it again for this item. the int is nice but at this lvl (pos quest) I have more int than you use. It is nice to see that VERANT TOOK NOTICE AND LEFT BO III and reclaim energy off this item. Yes i have 47 items that currently do this very thing, and one that summons bandades. PLEEEEEEZe get a clue.
this is usless because you cant even give it away to some poor sole that could use the int. What a MAGICIAN can rally use is just one spell to hit the post 55 mobs with . You claim that this is supposed to be a game that requires grouping well at least dont make MAGICIANS completly usless against these 100 percent magic resist mobs. Give us one spell that will at least hit these mobs, and it dont have to hit hard say about 600 or so. On mobs with 32k hp. i dont think thats unreasonable.As it stands warriors and cerics enjoy facing these mobs on a regular basis and the Magician is never asked to go on these raids. I cant blame the people that exclude our class the slot is better filled with anouther tank or cleric. The necro post 58 is in the same boat this is junk for the reasons i have described above dont waste your time

It is true that at the level that you can do this quest you will have more than 200 INT. But, an item like this with high intelligence allows you to free up some other slots for resist gear, something all of us can use for certain. I keep many items such as this so that I can switch my gear around for specific resists for the types of combat I will be doing that day. Anyone who plays a caster to 50+ levels knows that this is a standard practice. I do agree with you about the mage items having effects for spells that are all but useless to us and about the resist issues on our spells, however. At least being able to make the pet immune to fear gives us some use on raids and CoH as well.
