Monk Epic 1.5 Pre-Quest

This flags you to start the quest for the epic 1.5 if you don't have the Celestial Fists (epic 1.0).
Are You Ready to Leave This Place, Grasshopper? "a fallen student" may be found in Lake Rathetear at +1350, +2075. You say, 'Hail, a fallen student' As you look at this individual, you can tell he has something bothering him greatly. The fallen student says, 'Eh? There is nothing I can help you with. I have nothing for myself anymore. . .except these [cursed dreams].' You say, 'What cursed dreams?' a fallen student says 'I sense something within you. . .You may walk the path, but I must be certain. The information I possess is too important to give to just anyone. If you believe you are worthy of the information I hold you will [complete this task] I ask.' You say, 'I will complete the task.' a fallen student says 'Do not think that it will be an easy feat, even for one with such capabilities as yourself. There are two masters you must find. They will show you the ways of the enlightened. Return to me after you have gained proof of your deeds.' You say, 'Show me the way of the enlightened.' a fallen student says 'Very well then. There is a place full of mirrors. Locate one of them and speak the words, 'I am ready to be tested.' It is at this point you will face the darkness within yourself. You will have to face this foe alone, remember that. Return back to me if you manage to prove that you are worthy of true enlightenment.' Master Cedrick The first master is Cedrick, found in Cobalt Scar at -970, +1185. You say, 'Hail, Cedrick' Cedrick says 'So you wish to challenge me, eh? Why else would you be here bearing the Sign of Acceptance. It is your own funeral though. If you still wish to [prove your worth] and ascend to the next level I am ready.' You say 'I will prove my worth.' Cedrick says 'I didn't know slime could speak common.. go back to the sewer before I lose my temper.' Cedrick attacks. Upon defeat, loot a Seal of Cedrick. Master Mystik Mystik is found in West Karana at +1370, -7350. You say, 'Hail, Mystik' Mystik says 'I see you bear the Sign of Acceptance. So you believe you are strong enough to accomplish all that is asked of you? If you stand true during this [test] you will find all you seek.' You say, 'I am ready for the test.' Mystik says 'In this test you will have to face me and prove that you have the heart to succeed. I hope you have brought strong allies to accompany you for you shall need them. We shall begin as soon as you are [ready to start].' You say, 'I am ready to start.' Mystik says 'I didn't know Slime could speak common..go back to the sewer before I lose my temper.' Mystik attacks. Mystik is highly fire-resistant, but vulnerable to magic and cold and is magic-slowable. Upon defeat, loot a Seal of Mystik. Return to Vortix You say, 'Hail, a fallen student' A fallen student says 'I see you do have the skill that is needed to continue this quest, but you must now face your hardest foe yet. For your final task, you will be alone, and in that moment you will have to face your true self. Many cannot bear to see what they find within. It is at that time we really see what we are capable of. If you wish to continue, I will [show you the way].' Hand in both seals. A fallen student says 'Very well then. There is a place full of mirrors. Locate one of them and speak the words, 'I am ready to be tested.' It is at this point you will face the darkness within yourself. On the fourth floor, there is a mirror to zone out. Stand in front of the mirror and say, "I am ready to be tested." mirror reflection (a level 65 monk that looks like you) will spawn and attack. You must defeat it entirely solo. Once defeated, it drops a Medal of Identity. Head back to the fallen student and turn it in. A fallen student says 'So I see you do truly have the ability to follow the path of the Enlightened. I am sorry I was not sure before but I am now. Now I must tell you of my [cursed dreams].' the mirror reflection was a friggin joke, i engaged him with 8.4k hp and a 60 point damage shield, dropped speed focus on him, expecting him to regen like the other prequest mobs...guy died before speed focus was up, and speed focus lasts 30 seconds. he got me down to about 80%, no mend, no potions, nothing. easiest mob in that quest.

I missed up my prequest in TOFS , i didnt read fully through these forums and ended up taking a group to kill this guy. I spawn my look a like and had tank kill him and my look alike despawned. I then waited one day after finding out what i did wrong and went back said the phrase and nothing happened , tried starting it all over and nothing happen.
The name of the mob that spawns in TOFS is "Mirror Reflection".
Max hit from him was 305, he rarely hit me, and I didn't even need to mend. By far the easiest mob of the three.
Spawned at the fourth floor zone out, and looked exactly like my monk. Was triggered when I spoke the words listed above in the quest text "I am ready to be tested".

When you hail "a fallen student" after killing cedrick and Mystic, all he says is "I sense you have the seals of the masters I requested, Please hand them to me".
It is AFTER you hand in the seals, that he says "I see you do have the skill..."
Then the last phrase is triggered by saying "Show me the way"
So the correct text would read:

L75 baz+gimp group equipped Monk.
Had L75 shammy buffs at the time.
Only around 9500HPs and 1750AC.
Cedrick was very easy... killed in about 2 minutes.
Just keep your back against the rock in case his knockback lands on you.
I brought my shammy along to "help"... didn't even need a single heal.
Mystik was a close fight.
Turgur's landed for slow.
The rest of the fight was continuous heals and DoT's.
Total damage dealt was about 125,000HPs.
This took nearly 5 minutes.
Used offensive disc's and clawstrikers during the fight.
Could NOT have solo'd this.

the name of the mob in tower of frozen shadow is a mirror reflection and has to be soloed or it will gate back

I just did this prequest in about one and a half hours, WAYYY easier than doing 1.0 and waiting at camps!
