- Completion of all Tier 2 tasks and flags

There are some rather arrogant goblins in the Ascent that call themselves the Snowfoot. They have been planning to come down from their snowy perch to attack this camp because they learned that you had been killing the kirins there. So, go thin their numbers out and this time, try to be a little less obvious, hm, as you kill 10 Snowfoot goblins.

Kill 10 Snowfoot goblins 0/10 (The Ascent)

Kill any 10 "a Snowfoot _____" goblin mobs in the non-instanced Ascent zone. Upon the 10th kill, the task completes and you see:
