This solo task begins with Private Nylaen Kel`Ther (click for map image) in the Norrath's Keepers camp in the caves of Lavastorm Mountains (/loc 3750, 470). Pre-requisites for requesting this task: - Level 69+ - Must be high amiable faction with Norrath's Keepers (+400) - Completion of all Tier 2 tasks and flags You say, 'Hail, Private Nylaen Kel`Ther' Private Nylaen Kel`Ther says 'We all have the opportunity to rise to greatness with Norrath's Keepers and our honorable allies across the lands.' You have been assigned the task 'The Sacred Scrolls'. The disruption in the Thundercrest Isles has left many artifacts of sacred knowledge to become strewn about and in disarray. This knowledge is valuable and could be terrifying and dangerous if it fell into the wrong hands. Go to the isles and loot 7 Ancient Scroll of Wisdom so we may protect them from the Dark Reign. Loot 7 Ancient Scroll of Wisdom 0/7 (Thundercrest Isle) The scrolls are known to drop from sentinels of all types in the Thundercrest Isles. Upon looting the last one, you see: You have completed the task for Norrath's Keepers! Your faction standing with Norrath's Keepers got better. (+10) Your faction standing with Firiona Vie got better. (+10) Your faction standing with Lanys T'Vyl got worse. (-10) Your faction standing with Dark Reign got worse. I've completed Tier 2 and have Amiable faction, but I am unable to get the Tier 3 basic tasks. IT may be that you need "High Amiable", but I suspect it's actually Warmly.

Just got it today and was "amiable." So it is amiable but probably just before warmly.
Just letting you guys know.. I was unable to get at level 68, dinged 69 last night and hailed the cheif. I received a flag and was able to hail Private Nylaen and got all 3 Tier 3 DoN quests. Rock on.
