Find Hourglass in Undershore.
You say, 'Hail, Hourglass' Hourglass says '(Your Race)! Last time I saw one of your kind you were twitching on a web in the Hive. Now I feed only on rats and careless basilisks that wander from their herd. Such it is to be an [exile].' You say, 'An exile?' Hourglass says 'Sendaii the Hive Queen has grown careless and refuses to take action in our war against Emperor Draygun! I spoke up against her leadership and was cast out of the Hive within the hour. How bitter the blood of vermin tastes! It has clouded my mind and made me weak. Perhaps you [have the strength] to do what needs to be done?' You say, 'I have the strength' Hourglass says 'Excellent! Come closer and we can discuss this further. I have prepared a web for you to [climb] into Illsalin.' A mission window opens with two missions. One of them is "Destroy the Bloodwings." During the drachnid war with the shiliskin, the spellbook of Shadowspine was stolen from The Hive. This spellbook contained the rites and rituals written by the master of Dreadspire. One such ritual instructed the reader on the dark incantations involved in infusing a stone gargoyle with life. Hourglass is furious that Emperor Draygun now claims Shadowspine as his own and has learned to create gargoyles to use against the drachnids. Queen Sendaii will not take action, claiming that Shadowspine was meant to fall into the hands of the enemy. Hourglass does not believe such lies. He wants the gargoyles smashed. Let him know if you would like to use his webs to climb the walls of Illsalin and attack the gargoyles from above. If you respond with a willingness to "climb in to Illsalin," you wind up on a "very high ledge on a building in Illsalin." This is odd. We did this task last night and received a different request. Essentially, we needed to kill 5 Bloodwings (dk blue to white con at 70) and the a "Winged Watcher" (yellow con at 70).
Pretty straight forward. Fast respawn times (5 minutes, approx.) on bloodwings plus you can get adds from ledges high up in Illsalin.
The winged watcher is on a terrace overlooking the undead arena. He summons and can be a problem to pull because of the other dracnids surrounding him (all above 70). No rampage or enrage though, so once you pull him, it should be no problem.
Reward is 80 pps and one dose of Elixir of Health X.
