From the first island, click the north teleport to get to the quest room.
You say, 'Hail, Strandar Pinemist' Strandar Pinemist says 'Greetings, young one. Are you a [child of the trees]?' You say, 'I am a child of the trees' Strandar Pinemist says 'Then you are welcome in my presence. I shall call forth some loyal children if you but speak the name. Will or Fenalla will serve you well. You receive The Gift, a book, give it back to Strandar in order to spawn Fenalla Moonshadow next to him. *Fenalla Moonshadow says, 'I am Fenalla. How may I serve?' You say, 'Hail, *Fenalla Moonshadow' *Fenalla Moonshadow says, 'We are children of the trees, friends and protectors of nature. We are brothers and sisters to the wolves and bears. The call of the Great Pine has filled your heart and led you here to be tested.' You say, 'The test of the eagle' *Fenalla Moonshadow says, 'The spirit of the great trees has gifted me with three tests, which I shall give thee. The rewards are great for those who succeed. The test of the bee, test of the eagle and test of Nature are the tests the Great Pine has decreed you must pass.' She doesn't seem to give instructions on what is required for the test of the eagle. What keyword should be used ? You need to gather 4 items :

Plane of Sky Quest.
The quest items all drop in the Plane of Sky. The items drop on various "islands" from various mobs. On one raid, I was able to get everything except the Ethereal Ruby. We got other ethereal gems, just no ruby.
If you are interested in this quest or others, get a list of the items that you need. Most of the time, no one knows what they need so the person with the knowledge tends to get the items.

They both are listed as Cloak of Leaves....no 'the' in it. The ac/agl/hp one is listed in the equipment search of cloaks and the ac/wis/mana/hp one is listed as the reward for the druid Test of the Eagle.

Please people when you know that someone has been camping for a long time, don't pester them about when they are going to leave. Don't sit down next to them to "wait" until they are done. You might be waiting a long time and then the time it takes for you to complete your camp on top of that. The NPC will always respawn and will always be there. Just ask them kindly if they will send you a tell when they are done and 9 times out of 10 they will. These players are tired from camping that long of a period and quite understandably a little grouchy and become extremely nervous at the thought of someone possibly stealing their kill. So, be courteous.

You can kill Grizzlenot in SK and get a Cloak Of Leaves as well but it is not this kind of cloak its a agi and ac one

First, it is not Grizzlenot that drop this, it is a druid named Narra Tanith.

I got the Cloak of Leaves off grizzleknot. I got him to spawn by killing escaped split paws...all of them constantly and got named pegasus, forgot name famous one Quillmane i think, to pop as well as named mammoth, cracktusk or something and some others. Just experimenting around that was all kinda cool to get them to pop.

um.. i have to disagree, i killed grizz last night, drop was "Cloak of Leaves" 5ac +6agi +5hp
